hows my bulking meal prep looking?

not counting. just doing whatever i can. pretty broke. but i eat that meal 3 times a day everyday

I would estimate theres about 600 cals in those meals and max 20 grams of protein... so your at 1800 cals a day and 60 grams of protein... not really a bulk.
 
dude i live in canada. where i live is like 7$ itself for ground beef pack. thats like 500g

dude.. so do I... costco... buy bulk for all your carb sources, i.e. rice, oats, pasta... get a bulk container of whey and then bulk beef/chicken... chicken thighs are much cheaper and still have a high amount of protein... you dont need high quality lean meat for a bulk.

I could easiliy bulk for $10 a day Canadian.

so thats 70$ a week lol i cant afford it. any high calorie garbage foods? anything really

At 145lbs you dont need too many calories to start building muscle..

Let me ask you something, how much do you buy eggs for?

How about canned tuna?
