Hurt my hand

I am on second week of eight week cycle and hurt my right hand at Gym just after three days of training. Thought I was Hercules or something I dont know. Anyway I took some more decca but still hurts when I push weights etc. Should I just stop a week of taking gear and not train a week. Still take stuff and not train ,maybe extend cycle by a week. Or just say f.... it I am not a sissy, stop whining and train.
 
nothing visable. hurst on bone. Far Right side of right hand. got injured most proberbly doing bench. just doing leggs and cardio at moment as need use of hand for everything else. will try some deca tonight.
 
I'm not completely sure where you are going with this, but Deca will not help from what you have stated so far..

Deca CAN help to relieve a bit of JOINT pain, such as shoulders, knees, elbows, but not direct pain such as an injury to something.

As I said above it really depends on what you have done to it, if it is just sore then lay off using it for anything heavy for a few days ( no grabbing your dick jokes allowed here!!).

If you think you actually damaged something in it, then go see a Dr. let him asses the problem correctly.

Do you mean you have been on cycle for 2 weeks, but have only worked out 3 times?....
 
something like that. due to work I still have to lift heavy stuff occ. I only trained properly mon to wed last week. Thursday did legs and Friday cardio. Off sat ,sun and monday. Injected last night, tonight I am starting training again even if it hurts. (feels like i am starting all over) If all goes well thinking of just extending course by a week.
 
waterboy SHOULD have done more research before getting on the juice.....he seems that he didnt know what he was getting into....
 
show how little you know ,been on a course before no problem. Where in research do they tell you are going to hurt your hand
Injuries happen but thanks for being so helpful freak … Where any of the 112 post you made ever been useful to anyone or do you just like making posts

What if you seriously hurt somthing in your hand. If you continue to train hard maybe you will injure it more, then say goodbye to your entire cycle.
IMO give it a few days rest like you are doing and if it still hurts go to the doctor and find out if it is seriouse or not.
No use takeing a chance of buggering yourself up bro.
 
thanks Drace ,StuartF is just fucking with me (training partner) Hand still a bit sore so I avoid certain exercises but in all its alot better. Hey Stew you looking a bit yellow in your avatar

I have fought many many injuries in 15 years of lifting. One thing is certain, you're only as strong as your weakest link. What is the worth of training in pain if you know you can only really give 70-80% due to injury. The lifts become a waste - you're not maxing AND more importantly, you're either delaying the healing process or even worse, maybe even creating a permanent problem.

Ok, enough "dad" talk .. I use these wrist grips every workout. I can't recommend them enough. The versa are by far the very best you can buy. Reason is simple, the muscle should always be the reason for failure, not the hands or wrists.
