My wife loves BK, she is a damn garbage disposal lol. She is 5' 4" 110lbs around 15% bf, but I swear she puts down 3000 calories a day haha.

When both of us have work off, I see her about every half hour walking to the kitchen and coming back with a quart of ice cream, a box of crackers, leftovers from dinner the last night lol. Just tonight we had salmon, green beans, and salad for dinner and about 20 minutes after we finished dinner she brought a bag of mandarin oranges into the living room and ate the whole bag lol.

McDonalds is like Exlax for me.I stick to subs if I eat out mostly. Subway, Flyers subs, Little Italy. NEVER again will I eat quiznos though...crap was tasteless.

This is why I stick to carb cycling or keto when I'm dieting. I'm not strong enough to go any amount of time without feeling like I'm cheating. On IF every training day feels like a cheat day, its great.
