I got problems...

OK I am on day 7 of clomid after my test cycle..

For reasons that I would rather not say I just feel like I HAVE to build the perfect body immediately.

I have lost 15lbs in the last month

I am not sure what my body fat% is but I do not have visible abs or even close.. and I want them really fckng bad.

I do NOT want to stay off the gear for 4 months like everyone is telling me...

Is there any way that it will be safe and alright to get back on sooner?

22 yrs
6'2
210 lbs
16"arms
47" chest
Max on bench 365
pretty much all I know about my stats.

Suggestions?? I am still a newb really but I am trying to learn as much as possible.

First. Stop eating like shit...
Second. The perfect body doesn't come from 1 little test cycle.

Well you have a couple of choices....it's tough to imagine why you would need to risk it but ok.

1. Take the 4 months off and cycle again.
2. Say fuck it and deal with the consequences, although I have read about guys that finish pct and start up another cycle. Some of the old-timers may chime in, they would be your best bet here.

Post a pic.

Impatience is your biggest problem right now.

Cutting out a set of abs while trying to grow is doeable but just, unless you have nothing else going on in your life...or are genetically gifted.

You think I d look like this if i had a cook, mortgage and an ex--unt for babies mama ?

Slow down Mr. 22 yr old...

You can pin right now..fuck pct...but then your really gonna have problems..abs are made in the kitchen...go see 3j...body comp changes and the word immediate mean plastic surgery.

For one...you started to young to begin with.
For two...don't do the blast and cruise route unless you want to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of your life.
The 4 month period your talking about is VITAL for your recovery. Your natural test levels have been shut down for a long enough while you were on cycle. This is essential or your just going to end up screwing yourself up. Time on plus PCT= Time off. This is standard safe practice. If you try to go away from this and stay on for too long then don't blame anyone here because your system is all jacked up. I just have this nasty feeling that your not really going to listen to anything I am telling you. But I hope you do.

Work on your DIET and do more cardio. I would still lift in the heavy range though. If your having trouble losing that extra fat contact 3J on here in the nutrition section. I have heard so MANY guys THINK that they are eating right when they are clearly not. Just please try this route first I really don't want to see anyone screw themselves up for life.

My Diet

Here is my diet pretty much:

meal 1 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 pieces of whole wheat/grain bread

meal 2 chicken breast - brown rice

meal 3 chicken breast - sweet potatoe

meal 4 whole bread & natural peanut butter

and then I generally eat like some protein bars or I drink muscle milk a couple times a day. Is this bad? Suggestions?

Is there anyone..

Is there anyone I can talk to through some sort of messenger? BC I feel like i'm doing a lot of shit wrong and I really want to get this right.

Patience. A PIC would be helpful.

I m on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life and I m an emotional wreck cause I went from 165 to 217, fairley lean..in about 5-7 years..age 20-27....competed body building powerlifting at the same time....because I never came off for any appreciable time.

I got to strong to fast. Thats a real good bench bro really..

Please, please chill out..slow down..contact 3j and start right now by writing everything down you eat, when you eat it and how much.

What you do now will definately dictate if and how fucked up you are later....lets look at you being the ab man , with some size and WITH a workable penis in say 6 months.

This hobby can be risky enough when done properly...abs and cuts are 3j s speciality...not gear.

At your age you shouldn't even need gear yet. Diet is key here. Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to gear. You don't want to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at your age. We can help you do it in a safe manner but you have to have patience young Jedi. 1 test cycle won't have you looking like Arnold. That takes years, genetics, an diet. 3J is the man. Hit the diet forum and talk to him. He WILL transform your body and get you on the right track. It sounds like you might have some emotional or mental difficulties you're trying to overcome so running tons of gear plus those types of things equals disaster. Do your pct, get bloods done a few weeks after and see if your test levels are back up, then start PLANNING your next cycle don't just jump back on. I'm going through some shit myself as I tore my rotator cuff and can't bench or do shoulders and no pulldowns, deeds, hell I can't even squat cuz the weight of the bar kills my shoulder, only front squats. Haven't been able to for 2 months now and I'm losing size and it's fucking with my head. I really want to say fuck it and run my prop/tren ace cycle but I can't. It's not the right time. After my surgery coming up and I'm 100% then yes. I know I'm rambling BUT my point is, is sometimes when you have outside issues going on whether it's mental, physical, emotional problems, it's better to get that shit taken care of first and then run your cycle once everythings squared away. I dunno if that makes sense cuz I rambled for awhile and spilled my business all over your thread but believe me, you'll see better results and be happier about everything in the long run if you do it safe and smart and get your diet and problems in check first.

I just signed with 3j because even though I think i eat well I don't eat well enough. You can always improve and what i have seen him do with people naturally with our gear is impressive so I can't wait to see what a correct diet and a good cycle can do for a guy.

ok.. the food choices arn't bad at all.. but the amount is horrible.. your pretty much starving yourself... your also more then likely not eating the right stuff at the right time...

look you want to make changes you have to put in the work at the kitchen as much as you do at the gym if not more...

your going to spend all this money on gear.. but without a correct diet it all goes to hell..

so if your interested in becoming a client, as all these people have recommended, email me at 3jdiet@gmail.com.. believe it or not im not that expensive to work with.. it would cost you less then a full cycle (please dont talk prices of gear its against the rules.. lol)

Abs are 100% diet or genetics. No amount of gear or crunches will give you visible abs. Diet is the way to that.

What you are looking to do is become dependent on gear at 22.

Tarmagoyf, whatever reason you have for this perfect body " immediately" is not good enough. The people you see on TV are either incredibly gifted genetically, or are rich and have chefs and all the time in the world to do wtf they want. You gotta see that the price you will pay is too steep. If you chose to do a back to back cycle, you will do another and another... take a break of like 2 months and kid yourself that it was long enough and go again. Your life will be changed forever.....
Imagine now how healthy you are and how great it will be to live to old age. Then imagine doing something radically to your body and hurting yourself so badly you would never be the same.

Steroids are so addictive to us because like it or not many of us on here have low self esteem and are not comfortable with our bodies. We look for a way to change it and we find a way. Then we get compliments and we feel good. This really is a viscious cycle....

You know what the right choice is, be a man and face your future.
