I am very new to this. I actually took my first dose of testosterone cypionate yesterday. I would like to know something about the HCG that I will be taking as well. Since HCG stimulates the boys into doing what they are supposed to, why not just use that instead of testosterone? If we can make our own bodies work, why add to it.

Taking hcg will keep the boys alive while on cycle, but that alone wont get your boys making huge test numbers like you can by introducing it in an injection with what ever ML's you want.

Some docs use hcg to maintain the aesthetics of your nuts so you don't feel bad when they shrink, some docs will try that alone as a boost if you are secondary , some use it as a week end bump to keep test levels stable

If you're primary hypogonadic, the LH signal being faked by the HCG won't do anything but keep them plump and making other hormones like pregnenolone and DHEA. Secondary hypogonadism sometimes is reversed by a "jump start" using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), but often it's just not enough. It all really depends on what shut you down and how severe it is.
