something funny from yesterday's gym workout.

was doing legs since I always do legs first thing of the week

when this guy came in and did, what I believe the fastest warm-up ever and went on packing the bar with plates. I think he packed the bar with 400 pounds and must be doing deads..

the guy was around 120-150 max and kept yelling and roaring like crazy and went on lifting the bar..with his back all round. he failed and walked out of the gym.

this is something i dont understand..

it takes me quite sometime to warm up fr squats as well as benching

wheni tell someone to warm up better they always assum it measn more reps/volume..if youre getting close to issing the lift at the top on the tenth rep thats not really a wrm up is it???? whats wrong with just doing some triples to feel weight before getting to your heavy sets???

i think i posted on here i saw a guy at my gym very strong do 455x6 on the bench..he had complete control of the weight although didnt lokc out and his ass was coming up a bit..nonetheless all reps were his as he used 1 spotter who couldnt lift 135 off the dewds chest if something bad happened lol anyway this guys warm up

i dont care if you bench 700 ther is no way your joints and muscles can be warmed to handle that amount of weight with that small of a warmup :insane2:
