I Need Cycle Help

Here is the info. I'm recovering from ACL surgery. Almost 100% now. I have this combo, but not sure which is the best way to go about stacking.

Deca
Eq
Winni
clenbuterol

I put alot of fat on during the slow rehab so I want to shred my fat and put on some lean muscle. I need some direction on if I should take all at the same time, or start with two and finish with one. Thanks for your time.
 
Well why don't you shed the fat, get back to a respectable level of strength and size, and then hit the gear. Fat you gained during a layoff due to injury usually comes off pretty quick just by getting back into your normal routine, after you do this, you can use the gear to surpass where you were.

I have to agree.
 
i hate to follow the crowd but these guys have given you good advice , get back to training and get your nutrition and supplementation program going and after several months and you have hit a plateau then break out your goodies , use the time to hang out here and learn as much as you can before you take the plunge
 
Thanks for all the advice, I will do just that. I did plan on getting back in the routine for a while before I kick in the gear. However in the meantime, so when the time comes and I'm ready for the gear, how do you think I should go about it.

What does your cycle history look like ??
 
I've used test by itself twice and and gained about 15 lbs each time, but it was blocked mass, not much definition. I also took deca and test and gained 25lbs. Each time my strenght increased a great deal. I'm looking for something that will give me good definition. I've always been a stocky guy currently 5-9 220.
