i need help with my tricep

pumps, burning, soreness, all of these things are not a true guage of wether or not what you are doing is effective or not. adding weight on the bar from time to time is. looking in the mirror and seeing positive changes is. my legs get torches from leg workouts but my chest and tris dont. go figure. but my numbers go up with each training cycle. thats what counts. even if you suffer an injury and have to start over at a lower weight as long as you making progress pumps and the like dont mean doodly.
 
thx guys i read some good shit now im gone try some of it my sholders and my chest and my bicep blu up but the tri i never fee it dont know whats wrong something must be wrong thx guys any more info will be good .

Weight hanging, I'm assuming you're talking about regular dips, right? My best is 5 reps with 135 hanging, or 3 reps with 145. HOWEVER, I only weigh 210, so me with all that weight strapped on is pretty much like you with none. Don't get discouraged, no matter what weight you're moving - just keep moving up bro.
