Lets give a shout out to those that take their valuable time to help us out.
At times I feel like Im in a pitch black room rubbing the walls looking for that light switch and someone takes the time to turn it on for you.
I admit I didnt know what the hell I was doing and still have a lot to learn. Theres members here that have forgotten more than Ill ever know.
My 3 guys are Hockeyplaya, Mike Arnold, and who can forget crazymike.
These guys have helped me alot so far. The only 1 that doesnt know they have helped me is crazymike with his original way of force feeding good info. Ive never actually spoke with crazymike but I appreciate his constant info. I dont want to leave everyone else out because you are all good people here to share. But its these 3guys individuals that have made the lasting impression on me. Thx bros.
feel free to give your own shout outs! Its nice to hear when you have made an impression sometimes.

Thanks Kevin, the is a great post. Reading this makes me think of the guys I trust for insight, knowledge and their opinions but most of all their experience.

Having access to a guy that "has been there and done it" and that's willing to share that experience and has ideas of how he could have possibly obtained more.....that is priceless.

When I came on board Zeek welcomed me in appreciated having another "mature member to help out here". I never grew up so "mature" I cannot help anyone with that.

In the last 5 months here I've come to find these guys as the ones I find know their game: (yes there are many other guys I'll forget)

These are some of the guys I'd PM for opinions. That is one hell of a list totaling a hundred years just Zeek, PB and Tuetonic. Nothing taken away from any other guys on that list just old as dirt MFer's (like me) still at it and the 5-0 approaching they are not stopping EVER.

Some greener horns around here I can say are so far ahead of my game when I was there age:

There are some guys I cannot remember right now, I remember them more by their words then by their usernames. As I move through here and come across your names I'll either add you guys or recognize you in posts per this thread.

Mike,Userat204,,BigHerm,dahurt,hard2gain,darkside,zeek are all good dudes. They wont give you anything but if you show youre earning it they will be here for you bro.
 
Thanks Mike...the only reason we're where we are is because we have old dogs like you guys to guide us!

Gotta throw a couple more in there for my Ology brothers BigHerm, Darkside, Bullseye, LeanBody, SolidSnake, and Balboa even though that guy disappeared on us! Then of course the guys Mike already named...love you too! haha

I'd definitely be lacking knowledge if I didn't have guys like Zeek, User, PB (may he rest in peace, haha), Cashout, and of course Crazy Mike!

And finally Mr P, DaDawg, and other mods who take the time to actually contribute to the threads, even though they're busy as hell trying to regulate!

I think this site si definately the best site out there for this type of thing. so much knowledge here and it's not full of toolbags like a lot of the others out there.
I've learned a ton from the year i've been on here from a lot of the senior members and mod's

User, DET-OAK, Zeek, Dawg, Tetonic, PB, Kane, P, .....all good dudes with a ton of knowledge and always willing to help anyone.

What I see now is a younger generation like myself coming in and learning from the oldtimers and helping the newbs but mostly supporting eachother like you see us all in each others logs giving feedback. good shit.

My shoutout is to all the guys that have helped me better understand cycles so that am better able to support my husband.

Aside from that, I would like to thank all of those that show respect to the ladies on this forum. It is a male dominated forum, but the fact that you still listen to us chicks from time to time and give us support in our training as well speaks volumes on your behalf.

Also would like to give a shout out to the ladies (tho there are few) who take the time to support each other :)
 
When it comes to the ladies this THE GO TO LADY. She has much more then DO SOME GEAR in all her posts packed with the WORD: Healthy eating aka Nutrition first.

^^ thanks Mike! There really are plenty of other knowledable ladies on here! Mrs. P is one of the most supportive ladies and Jenner damn sure knows her shit and works her tail off. Some other ladies don't post anywhere other than the women forum, but they know their game as well.

I agree there are many great ladies in here & I greatly appreciate their contribution to this board.

I think we each bring something different to the table..

Detour is always very supportive & helpful, she's competed before & know's the ins & outs of the sport.

Jenner is one tough lady, she has always great insight & talks from experience when it comes to cycles, her posts have helped many ladies.

You Mt are always right on the money, most of your posts that I read it's like if I wrote it myself. You always give great advise.

Alogia has experience with Peptides & cycles, her advise is always very useful.

Everyday is an opportunity to learn something new.

There are so many good guys on here its really hard to name them all. We all do our share in helping others, some more then others. Best forums around because people tell you how it is. If your a skinny Lil skirt people tell ya you are. Good place fellas and ladies. If you have a nice ass people tell ya you do. Oh thanks for the ass comments by the way. Haha

Im sure 8theres didnt mention everybody and even a couple sistas too! Which I havent exactly followed there advice YET....... LOL I need to grow a pair first but will eventually happen and all good willbe good in the Karnehm house. The real purpose for the shoutout is to recognize the people that take their time to answer your questions know matter trivial or redundant they seem you guys are a lot of help and I know you have our health mind when you give advice. 8 hope to pay it foward someday........ so again thx to all!
