I want to get bigger. I'v not used any thing but OTC enhancers and want to know what any of you ladies have used and what results you've had. I'm 5'6" and at my last comp. (bodybuilding) i came in at 128.2 lbs. My goal would be to compete at at least 145. I wieght train 5 days a week and do about a hour of cadio 7 days. I take in between 1700 and 2000 cal and between 200 and 250 grms of protien. help!
