It does suck when shit gets so for off the beaten path, or "derailed" like SAFETY-MAN said, but i gotta be honest, and all may disagree if they'd like, but it IS this kind of drama that keeps everyone coming back to it. It's like the Howard Stern study that was done eon's ago that established the fact that the majority of the public that possessed a pulse HATED HIM. Yet they kept coming back to him for ONE REASON.... TO HEAR WHAT HE HAD TO SAY NEXT.
I really dont think that it's a matter of everyone "JUMPING ON THE RJH, CYTO, TEUTONIC, OR DREW BANDWAGON"..... I think its the fact that people poke around here sometimes for day and weeks at a time trying to muster up the courage to make their first post and as creatures of habit, we gravitate toward people with confidence. That being said, ANABOLICO has a great point when he says that the response a "newbie" gets from a first post could dictate whether or not they ever post again, but on the other hand, if we have no trouble being human PIN CUSHIONS, then some need to just have a bit thicker skin. Nobody can win a "TOUGHMAN CONTEST" over the internet. Its stupid to try. But there are some good points made here that hopefully everybody can pick up on.
**** If I mispellededed anythang wron't, itt cause i'm still be's sleepy.![]()
Good point Chip,
I agree there were many good points made on this thread. This is an open forum were sometimes you're like what you read and other times you're not.
That being said, I do believe we have to think before we post, you can still get your point across without being an Ass***e about it.
I know this is not the Doctor Phil show, but after all, everyone here is pretty much here for the same reason to learn, & help others.
& even if a newbie sounds like a "retard" Isn't that how we all were when we started ? (ok, maybe I'm still a little retarded
OH & C'mom we all know who owns the title for TOUGHEST MAN ON THE INTERNET..That would be "Pinga's Steven Seagal persona" lol
