I'd like to add 3 to 5 mph on my fastball.

Another thing I wanta ask is diet. I'm looking at 2600 cals a day right now. I have a nutritionist making the plan for me but he doesn't know that I'm using anything

Im not advocating for or against Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) right now as far as pitching but I also pitch, Im consistantly 85-86, went to a showcase with my buddy who was clocked at the same.

Season starts, Ive been lifting all off season. I was so tight it took me almost 2 months to get above 80 and to loosen up, my friend used juice and was up to 91 with no injuries or anything to date.

I think for some people it can do wonders and others will just be too tight and will hurt them in the long run. Whatever you do you have to decided whether you want to pitch or if you want to lift heavy and get big. They counter eachother completely if your trying to do them at the same time, I can tell you from personal experience.

I think that's old school thinking... too big to generate speed... I think that juice plus power workouts plus speed workouts plus stretching creates your optimal situation. I don't think that heavy lifting damages you if you simultaneously train for speed and stretch.

if you want to get big and pitch your going to have to stretch tons every day or its not going to work.

strength and size only bring you so far, mechanics, push and hand size plays a HUGE role in it.

I do agree with you that all those things would make the optimal pitcher, just look at Clemens.

Blue are you still around? I have a question on explosion I"m trying to get faster I play rugby and I need endurance and lots of speed. I'm 6 4 230 and 34 years old. I was looking into IGF R 3 to get ripped and increase my endurance. Mean while gain a little muscle. I don't need to be huge but I do need to be super fast. I have done research on Anovar and IGF. Some people told me to do a cycle of IFG and then do Anovar right after. What do you think ? Can anybody help me out ? Thank you for your time.
