Looking for someone(s) that has experience using IGF-1 Lr3 that wouldn't mind helping me out with a few questions about this? Please pm if you have experience and don't mind helping a brother out. Thanks!!!
 
Just ask your questions out here on the open forum. I ran the LR3 for about 4 weeks and I'm not quite sure how much it helped. You just kind of have to believe that it's working since it works so slow. You know it's real stuff if you feel like you could eat an entire cow and it's young lol. I personally prefer DES because of immediate effects.
 
Well I have never pinned before and I am a bit nervous since its my first time but I read so many positive posts on it that I had to try it. I have just stuck with PH's in the past. So I ordered it and now trying to conduct as much research as possible. I am reading that people are just taking it when ever.

I was planning on going on another cycle of a PH soon and was thinking of throwing IGF-1Lr3 in with it. But not sure exactly when I should. I have read some people are using it for a post cycle therapy (pct) to help keep their gains. Others are just running it alone. I also read that you should go on it 4 weeks and off it 4 weeks.

So I was considering this... Take it 4 weeks prior to the beginning of taking my PH cycle. I planned on taking the PH cycle for 6 weeks. After the 4th week of the PH I was thinking of starting to take IGF-1Lr3 again and continue for 4 weeks into my post cycle therapy (pct). After 6 weeks of the PH then I would take Nolva for my post cycle therapy (pct).

Any advice??? I was planning on doing bilateral pinning in specific muscles that I want to be developed more. I also read that I need to consume carbs after I pin. Do I need to take anything else while on IGF?
 
Ok with the lr3 I would just poke it Subq (pinch bellyfat) in one shot post workout. DES needs to be bilateral in the muscles because of the short half life. With Lr3 you want it post workout so it doesn't block your bodies natural MGF production during the workout.

I would suggest doing 40 mcg Post workout and in the AM on off days. This will make a bottle last 25 days, so almost 4 weeks. You could take a day off each week so It actually lasts you the 4 weeks too.

Personally I reconstitute it with 3ml of AA. This makes it so you take 1.2 units or 12 of the tiny dashes to equal your 40 mcg. Personally I like the idea of taking it in your post cycle therapy (pct). I would take it the first 4 weeks of your cycle, then take 3 weeks off and start again 1 week into post cycle therapy (pct). That is all up to your preference though.

Don't mean to hijack but figured I'd ask you hard2gain. Can you just use BA instead of AA at 3 ml for same measurement for subq injections?
 
Dahurt beat me to it! He's right though BA should be just fine. I'll prolly be mixng with that from now on because AA hurts like a bitch! I feel like it caused some kind of damage under the skin. It was tender for weeks after.
 
Jeter you plan looks just fine. I've used a ton of LR3. Well 4 on 4 off for a full two years. It's up to you when you run it, pct is good, prior to is good, during is great. So just like you posted use it up to the start, then 4 off, and again the last two weeks, and two weeks of your pct, or start second bottle right after your cycle. Either is fine.

I use 100mcg a day, 5 days a week, weekends off. You can use all 7.

I mix with 2ml BW.
This gives you 500mcg/ml
So each line or tic is 10mcg
The 10 line on a slin pin would be 50mcg 20 line 100mcg etc


Jackal, BW is fine. I always used AA, but BW works fine as well. If you were only doing 10-20mcg a day then maybe go with AA but keeping it refrigerated, bac water works just as well. I make my own so on occassion I'll do 1cc BW and 1cc AA. but either way is fine.

Adding 2ml of BW or AA is a very easy way to keep measuring easy, this way each tic or line on insulin pins is 10mcg.
 
Also you can pin any igf subQ because it all goes systemic, DES will go systemic within minutes as well. I know everyone likes it for site growth but unfortunately it will be systemic but that's fine.

With lr3 if you want to do it IM, micro dosing is your best bet. You would basically pin each muscle 5 times, splitting the dose over the muscle.

Osta-Gain has very good igf at a good price and the paper work to prove it.
 
100mcg a day of LR3 sounds really damn expensive! thats two bottles a month. So $120 with great whites current SALE. ouch!

I just read your above post hard2gain and that's actually a good plan and something I left out. I started at 20mcg a day. Lol. 40-60 is plenty to start with.

On non training days as well. So you were on point with what I would suggest.

There is info out there that suggest it's best to pin as far away from training as possible, so you would train EOD and you would pin igf close to 24 hours after training, then have another 24 before training again. Either way.

But I'm also a fan of using protien shakes and supplements with igf. I'm not a huge fan of protien shakes but igf is insulin like, so it will help with nutrient shuttling, much less then using insulin, but it will help. So I typically would say 60g protien, 10g bcaa's, 5-10g glutamine, some carbs. This way you have all the nutrients you need at the time it may help your body use them.

With DES, I would do this same shake just before or after pinning, and I would take another 5-10g bcaa's pills during training or the fruit punch drink. Well I think it's good to take that during every training session regardless of what you are using.
 
Fruit punch drink during training? Explain why and if specifically what you are talking about here user. Never heard this one.

I was getting frustrated because I was getting so many views but no one would comment other then my man hard2gain. 2 years of going on Lr3 sounds like a while and definitely someone that should know a lot about it. I am assuming you like it? Any sides to worry of? and what kind of results am I looking to get? Did you take DES and Lr3 together? Or separate? What did you like better? Money really isn't an issue I just want to get the best and healthiest results as possible. Instead of like back in the day when I took a PH with no serm. So any other ideas of how I may improve my cycle or you think mine sounds solid. I am planning on starting it in a month.
 
Hard2gain it's just the BCAA powder, fruit punch flavor, instead of just taking the bcaa caps. I mix it with some gatorade and some water. You want bcaa's before, during, and after training but I like it as a drink during.

Jeter no sides at all. Sometimes I needed a little carve with it or would feel a little shaky after training.

I ran just lr3, just DES, both together, with and without AAS, and with other peptides.

So far I've noticed a lot of vascularity while on it, especially DES pre workout. It really helped hold weight in pct, it helps shuttle nutrients so helps with growth. Igf is considered very important in gaining muscle mass, and it elevates blood levels. It seems like I can hold more weight easier than I could before. I seem to stay leaner even with higher carbs and even eating dirty. Seems like pct was easier.

I know last year while in a sticking point of a cycle, I added lr3 and gained like 7 lbs but it made me hungry post inject so I may have been eating a little more.

I haven't noticed any negative sides at all. I haven't made huge gains from it but overall it's added to a more finished look. I really like it. I like the help of shuttling nutrients which is not real real effective but it helps.

Some guys do make some pretty big gains and recently heard a guy who kept all cycle gains and added weight. Others have broke thru plateaus.
