IGF-1 Lr3

IGF is like a side-effect free way of making keepable gains. Gains can be more dramatic for some than others but overall if your looking at a risk/reward scale it can't be beaten.
 
Yeah that drink is a great addition during. We always focus on pwo nutrients but why not feed the muscles during when they probably need it most. I buy Gatorade powder and will sometimes mix a little of that with the bcaa then add water.

I was getting the idea from guys who use a lot of slin and 100mcg of DES pre was making me lose energy about 30 minutes into training probably by depleting glycogen so I was having a protien shake during with bcaa's and glutamine and carbs, sometimes with creatine. That really helped in all areas.

But I had to find protien that mixed well and wasn't to thick or gross during. There are some companies on the net that you can order all this premixed and flavored how you want it which makes it much easier and taste much better.
 
User...this question goes to you since you seem to know your stuff. I have heard differing opinions on when to inject LR3. Some say before, some say after. What's your opinion?
 
Yeah but I got a ton of it free about two years ago.

I just read your above post hard2gain and that's actually a good plan and something I left out. I started at 20mcg a day. Lol. 40-60 is plenty to start with.

On non training days as well. So you were on point with what I would suggest.

There is info out there that suggest it's best to pin as far away from training as possible, so you would train EOD and you would pin igf close to 24 hours after training, then have another 24 before training again. Either way.


But I'm also a fan of using protien shakes and supplements with igf. I'm not a huge fan of protien shakes but igf is insulin like, so it will help with nutrient shuttling, much less then using insulin, but it will help. So I typically would say 60g protien, 10g bcaa's, 5-10g glutamine, some carbs. This way you have all the nutrients you need at the time it may help your body use them.

With DES, I would do this same shake just before or after pinning, and I would take another 5-10g bcaa's pills during training or the fruit punch drink. Well I think it's good to take that during every training session regardless of what you are using.

Another variation that is great for ON cycle or OFF cycle is an EOD protocol of switching from

peptides (Ipa + mod GRF129)

to

IGF-1 on the other days.

People have found good results with using the IGF-1 days on training days.....then using the peptide days for off-days (just cardio).

Would take IGF-1R3 upon raising ---- the DES igf1 pre-training --- then (optional) HUmalog post training.

The off days -- Ipa + MOD grf129 @ 100 mcg 3-4 times a day.

Because of my school schedule I work out around 12 PM. I usually have 2 meals in me before. 8 AM 10:30 AM and then workout around 12 PM. I usually have a shake post-workout then a full meal about an hour after. When would lr3 be most effective because of carbs and nutrient shuttling...
 
lr3 works for up to 27hrs. you need to feed your muscles carbs at about 10g an hr for the next 10-12hrs. some pin it eat 70g, 4hr later 70g more. or some slow and fast and have a few pro/carb/creatine shakes. the NP effect will be redic.

I went to someone that is medically inclined but not with this particular stuff. What he gathered was this doseage to mix it and eventually inject. So right now this is what I have:

1mg of 1GF-1 Lr3 lyophilized and mixed the 10ml sterile saline together into an empty vial. Which would give 100mcg/ml. So the empty vial now has 20 doses of .5ml. So 1 syringe (.5cc) will contain 50mcg. So when I go to inject my doseage I would be withdrawing from 1000mcg vial of premixed 1GF-1 and saline. Is this correct???

How would you recommend I start on it. I want to go on it for 4 weeks and know I should start low doseage like 10mcg and work my way up to 40mcg? Over 4 weeks how should I break that up. I read that it will last for 1 month; 5 days a week (take weekends off) then after 4 weeks on go off for 4 weeks. Please tell me this all sounds ok? Keeping the vial in the fridge....
