Igf-1lr3

Ya is it like.mixing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) just with something other then bac water? Also should you use same.needle when you shoot in both biceps or 2 needles? Would it be fine to split in 4 sites like both triceps and both pecs? If I do in 4 would I raise dose alittle?
 
I use to inject every day, then tried training days only. Now it's a combination.

I like to keep igf elevated. I still take 2 days off a week. On off days I may inject in the morning lr3

I mostly inject sub q. Lr3 will be systemic anyway.
 
Do you guys have a sticky or a link having STEP BY STEP instructions on this. Mixing, Shooting? Im a little lost on how you are suppose to inject. Just right into the muscle you just worked out? When you say 50mcg.... I take it 25 in each Bicep? Sorry for the elementary questions.

Lets use a 1mg DES vial for the example.

Use 1ml of acetic acid (AA) you buy this from the same research company you get the peptides from.

Draw out 1ml from the AA vial(Big syringe makes this easier). pop the top off of your other vial with the DES. Insert the needle at an angle so that the tip of the needle is touching the side of the vial and hold the vial tilted to the side. Slowly start injecting the AA in your syringe into the new vial with the peptide. Have it run down the side of the glass vial SLOWLY. Once done set it down and evaluate if it needs to be swirled around to further mix it into a clear solution with no particles or powders visible.

If it didn't mix all the way on it's own GENTLY swirl the vial and sit it back down. Rinse and repeat until you have a crystal clear solution in the peptide, or in this case DES vial.

Since you used 1cc/1ml of AA to mix. If you have a 100IU insulin needle to inject with. Draw out to the number 10 and that will give you 100mcg, half of that is 50mcg. You can do the math to go up and down from there.

Inject IM into the muscle you either plan to work right away or just worked. If Bi's 50mcg into each bicep etc

As stated this is for DES. Some guys use BA water instead of AA. I do not but you may want to look into that. Others also add some BA water once they have drawn out their set amount from the pep vial that was mixed with AA because AA can produce a sense of burning when you inject for some. I don't have these issues so I don't.

Great post Zeek. I don't get the burning from AA either.

I did at first D but after a few injections and learning to inject slowly it was no issue. SOME HGH brands burn worse in BA than the AA mixed peps.
 
Also important to add is that the acetic acid should be 0.6% and sterile (don't just grab some vinegar, obviously haha). It won't come with the peptide unless specified, so you'll have to purchase it separately from the same company (it's cheap).
 
Good posts. I actually use 2ml when mixing mine simply because it makes it easier for me to measure if I use under 100mcg. This way each tick or line is 10mcg. Either way is fine.

I don't have an issue with it burning either but I have always made my AA and bac water. But I know guys who tried one or two injects and refused to do another because they said it burned so bad. Lol. If it's uncomfortable to you, draw you igf that's reconstituted in AA, then you can add as much bac water to the pin right before inject which will reduce the % of AA but I have honestly never needed to do this. Like mentioned, you go slow and find a comfort zone. When I inject lr3 sub Q I inject a little faster.
 
My first inject I definitely 'felt' but 'painful' certainly wouldn't describe it - and I just pushed the plunger down without taking my time. That was in my calves. I injected pecs today and did it slowly - literally felt nothing at all.
 
I use to load pecs with mgf pwo, igf pre, and peg mgf off days. I swear I gained close to an inch off that but it seemed to go away when I stopped.

I still have a hard time pinning calfs for some reason.

Wow! I've been looking into MGF...

Why do you have a hard time with calves?
 
Zeek I'll assume you were referring to me as the guy who was pinning at 50mcg and not feeling the pumps...well this is still the case during my workouts. However, I get real painful pumps post workout that last for hours. I did back and bis the other day and got a good pump, nothing to brag about, but for hours afterwards my forearms felt like they were going to tear my skin...they still kind of hurt 2 days later.

I don't know if the dose is just not effective for me or I screwed up mixing the pep and the AA...not really sure what's going on. I've got plenty more so i definitely plan on upping the dose on my next run with it.

Snake maybe just try doing 80-100 mcg once just to see if you get the pumps during your workout?

Literally after I injected my calves and started walking the 1 block to my gym, halfway there the pumps were insane.

I have to say though, I've now done calves, chest, bi's, and quads and by far the best pumps were when I injected bi's...didn't feel chest and quads as much (as much - still felt it for sure).

Also I'm 5 days into PCT and pinning DES - so far no weight or strength loss :D
