Im a 24 year old guy, ive been trainging since 13 and very seriously for the last 6 years. i've been messing with basic supplements for the last s years to and now I'm thinking i'm ready for the next step. I have been doing lots of research on steroids and I'm not an dumbass. any help please!!!!

184lbs
around 11%BMI
diet: varies but mostly like this,
7am: protien shake,
9am: 3 whole eggs 1 eggwhite & bannana,
12-1: chicken salad sandwich
4 preworkout whey shake
around 6pm: creatine
around 10minutes later:post shake(1 scoop whey&1scoop casine) & bannana
before bed: casine 1 scoop
Gallon of water threwout day

supplements: creatine, whey, casine, NO, test booster, multivitemin.

uhhh..at which point did you even ask a question? lol

i will just go ahead and assume you're asking about what you should take as a newbie? standard answer= Test only. see how you react with side effects and dosages and go from there. i took Winstrol (winny) as my first cycle...too pussy to pin at that time and i figured it was fairly mild...worked great and put over 60 pounds on my bench as a first time user. but there are others who wouldn't recommend that. but a guy like you at 184 pounds. (your hieght would be nice to know..184 pounds at4'9 is different then 184 pounds at 7'1) but at that weight at say maybe around 5'11 give or take.. i'd go with a test only cycle so you can put on weight. 200lbs is the golden weight for starting a cycle tho.
 
You need to eat properly ! Your diet right now is poop (ya I said poop). Seriously your diet is way off and way to many shakes. Looks like your only taking in food at 9am and noon the rest is shakes, even your two only meals are crap.

I would start buy first getting into the diet section and get that diet overhauled.

xx2....thats not a test 500mg/wk diet bro,need more food in there, with that diet @184 and 11%bf im guessing you are tall? b-boi said it, more whole foods, especially your postworkout, thats not enough, you gotta eat to grow, and eat more
 
I'm currently 5'6" and 185 lbs and I do 4 shakes a day. You can't knock the shakes but perhaps the rest of his diet is garbage. You still need to consume a lot of food in addition to shakes to put on quality mass. Throw some carbs in there bro. Your body needs a lot of carbs too.

I'm currently 5'6" and 185 lbs and I do 4 shakes a day. You can't knock the shakes but perhaps the rest of his diet is garbage. You still need to consume a lot of food in addition to shakes to put on quality mass. Throw some carbs in there bro. Your body needs a lot of carbs too.

im guessing you are a little thicker considering your height/weight (im 5'8 but 215lbs so i know a bit bout food), i hate fkn shakes lol, only morning with breakfast at before bed.....the only one i can stand the taste is myofusion, but with fruit n pb, im very PRO food!

you're the reason i want to do aas, i'm nearly 6'2 and 3 lbs lighter! toney freeman here i come!! jp

i do several shakes a day some days but it depends. i'm very pro food as well, but if i'm giving presentations for hours on end a shake takes 30 seconds and gives me what i need.

flavor-wise i like syntha-6 myself. tried some others and i can tolerate them but syntha-6 i actually enjoy the taste.

honestly im this size cause of eating (im a vegetarian too lol and alot of supplements like aminos/creatine (i love torrent)n train heavy, iv done a bit of phs n even less gear....i hate pinning, n i hate orals cause i seem to feel every fkn side under the sun....i love myofusion with a lil water n ice....tastes like ice cream

I'm not knocking shakes, but his diet is 85% shakes.
