Incline vs. Flat Skull Crushers

I kinda like them on an incline if and when I ever do them. In general they are a recipe for injury in the long term IMO, so they are a rarity.
 
I stay away from all of them. I do too much volume benching, i cannot handle the direct tri work.

I think there are alot of us that have reached this point. What we have gotten into is doing one progressive load/dealod set and that's it.
 
If you want to activate all 3 heads of the triceps, they need to be done on a DEcline bench.
