incorporating red meat?

whatsup bros about 18 weeks out or so (have som sort of diet all year long so dont go nuts if there are more/ less weeks)

show june 16

day one was feb 13

5'8
170lbs
bf 10%

carb loading phase one

heavy -250
medium- 200
light 150

for right now i am having red meat saturday and sunday nights and those are my low days (helps me ease back into the diet) however monday is a heavy day so should i maybe not have red meat on sunday nights , and is it bad or not benificial to have red meat two days in a row.

2ND QUESTION i am oblivious on how to add in red meat during the heart of my diet (low carb low cal cycling),
 
also i wanto hold a pretty restricted carb / calorie diet through out the summer
m-150 carbs
t-100 carbs
w-150
th-100
f-50
sat-100-150 depending if i have a cheat meal
sun-50

so how could i incorpporate red meat here
