I'm afraid to ask.....is this your first cycle? You're asking how hard to train? Anyone getting into AAS should know how to train before starting a cycle and should have years of training under their belt.

Best feedback anyone could possibly give you:

You are a fucking idiot. If you ever have children, I will smother them with a pillow to ensure you don't pass down your stupidity. I'll probably receive some kind of humanitarian award for the huge favor I would have done for humanity.

Now, stop your awful cycle immediately. Flush it down the toilet. And get your scrawny (and young) ass back into the kitchen.

no iv done cycles befor, just not of medistar.... but it is my firest time doing EQ and tren, i have 4 years of good training, by how hard i ment sould push the limit and up my train program,

Your still not understanding what they're getting at. With a cycle like that you shouldn't be asking questions like these because you should already know before even starting. So that leads us to believe your knowledge in AAS is lacking significantley.

You need to rain harder than you ever have, eat more and better than you ever have you need to allow for proper rest and avoid putting anything negative in your system like cigarettes, alcohol or any other type of drug.
Your getting ripped on cuz by asking these types of question s your letting on that your counting on gear to make up for proper adherence to the big three..
diet
training
and rest.
Lots of sex as well...
How old are you ?
Height
Weight
Bodyfat approximately..

if you been training hard for 4 years you should be good to go muscles and tendons and what not should be ready to handle the load now stack the plates on go heavier then you have ever have before instead of trying to push that last one out pust 4 of them out grunt and groan and feel like your gonna pass out when your done then get the right amount of rest. rinse and repeat

my age 21, height 5,11", 185lbs, body fat probley around 8-9% , but im still lean with good mass.... cycle history, did test prob two vials fist time ever few years back then two vials of sust and some d-bol about 7 months ago

4 years of "good" training and 2 previous cycles and you're still only 185lbs? Pretty much proves our point. Not to mention you did your first cycle "a few years back".....you're 21 right now.....

In regards to how hard to train on cycle (or off cycle) my approach is as follows. Train as hard as I possibly can as heavy as I possibly can until I'm not able to do even one more rep. Then I raise the volume on my ipod a few clicks and do a few more sets. Don't hold back anything, go hard or go home. But like they've said above, you should already have your training in check especially with a cycle like that. Anyways goodluck bro sometimes it's tough coming back from being sick but don't let that be an excuse to hold you back

wow, thats a pretty heavy cycle to come on here and ask how to fricken train three weeks in. just when you thought you have seen it all.......you need to get over to the training section and read until it's work out time. then eat, read , sleep ,eat, read, wrk out, eat, read, etc.

I wouldn't bump this thread if I wasn't afraid some newbie would listen to this advice.

This is a HORRIBLE method. Not only is it ineffective and the quick road to overtraining, but it's also a good example of how to hurt yourself while lifting.

Alright bro I see where your coming from what works for me might not work for others. I myself find it to be extremely effective. The gear and ample time off between training individual body parts negates any overtraining. Haven't experienced any serious exercise induced injuries as a result of this method and Iv'e been at it for quite some time. While I agree that maybe this is not the best approach for a newbie I wasn't directing my commentary towards a person new to training. I was responding to the OP in regards to how to train while on gear and trying to convey a general sense of the intensity I use to see the best results from my gear. HORRIBLE is a bit extreme. Not trying to get in a pissin match with ya, just offering some advice based on what has worked for me.
