I pinned for the first time yesterday

I used a 25g 1inch to the delt

250ml of test E

when i pinned my buddy, i heard a pop when i was injecting, and today he woke up with a small lump that went away.

what did i do wrong?

also my arm is fairly sore the day after. is this going to happen everytime i pin?

More than likely that sound was the pin breaking the skin. Don't just jab it in there, put it to the skin and insert it slowly. You didn't do anything wrong, maybe just a little too violent with inserting. Soreness is common, man up you aren't shooting baby food. The pain goes away.

Now go eat something & start reading

If the sore went way, welcome abored..

You don't want to go to slow either you'll do more damage to tissue that way hence more pain all nursing techniques suggest a fast jab by the flick of a wrist.

Depends on your b/f % i suppose, but it SHOULD be enough.

Agreed ... but I think a lot of it is personal preference and body composition. I can watch my friend inject like he's stabbing Uma Thurman in the heart like Pulp Fiction ... have another who can only go slow as quick insertion causes too much trauma and leaves him sore and bruised.

Mine is different every time, but I always lean toward slow and controlled.

HGH injection site

Going to run a 6 month cycle of HGH starting 2IUs ed for 1 week and going to 4 IUs for rest of 6 month cycle.
Also, going to run it with 12 week cycle of Test E starting at 250mg/pw for 4weeks and then going to 500mg/pw for rest of 12 week cycle.
pct of clomid blah blah blah.

Question is about injection site for HGH.

I was advised to shoot in delts and will be using 29g/1/2".

Want to know anyone's experience and why not the belly?

Test will go in my glutes..
