i did a really intense quad workout last thursday, and tonight when i started working my way up, it felt like my quads were ripping off towards the top. The black dots on the pick show exactly where i am experiencing this pain.
its real weird, i never had pain in this area, but now i have it on both sides... anyone else get this?
