When I was younger I used to not sleep at least one night a week. It was almost as if my body was on a 36 hour day instead of 24 hours. Now I get up at 4am for work so going to bed during the week is easy since I'm tired from getting up so early and I'm tired from leaving it all at the gym. Weekends are horrible for me, especially Sunday nights. I'm a night owl and I have to get up at 4am... in 4-1/2 hours for work. This is why I'm looking for a job with regular hours.
But back to your question... when do you have your latest meal? Carb content of last meal? Last Alcohol? Last Caffeine?
I have tried playing music at night, reading, writing, shoot pushups, jump roping, hot baths... it works for a few days but that's it
