hey thats whats this boards here for "debate",you will be glad you arent going over 400, although you may handle the sides good and go over, are you running it soley for 10 days?
yes for 10 days,then right after im gonna carb up for a week cuz just like needsize said my muscles r prob gonna b flat so i want them to be full again.....then ill go back to no carbs n eca then back on....this is how i figure..........

high carbs - means intense heat. also the second day you run 400mg dnp you may throw up. i did and i know some others did as well.. its normal its pro gonna happen the second or third day a few times then its gonna stop and you just gonna burn.. make sure you drink alot of sports drinks.
ye alot of guys on the board have been tellin me that.............what foods n drink do you recommebd throughout the day...........im gonna have a jug of gatorade n water on me at all times....but what about foods....
I had trouble eating while on, Just always hydrate yourself youll be fine, and i didnt throw up just FYI. Cycle looks great! And am i mistaken or are you really gonna experiement the not tappering off clen?
if you have never run it, its hard to plan doses as you dont know how you will react to it. I would say plan to run 200mg for a while, it'll take a few days to build up in your blood, then go from there. At 200mg I am fine, at 400mg I am miserable
