Is M drol legal or not?

Sorry if this is a repetitive question but i am wondering about the legality of M drol. I have heard people say it is both legal and illegal, but I still see it for sale all over the web on amazon, ebay and other places. If it was truely illegal I wouldn't expect to see it for sale from retailers. My self and a couple guys I know are considering some cycles on it. We know we need nolvadex for pct along with cycle assist and a host of other things. The 2 big concerns are the legality of the mdrol (ie can we purchase through ebay/amazon without trouble) and the ability to get nolvadex since it does require a prescription normally.

Does no body have the answer? I have googled it a few times and can't find anywhere where a valid source says it is illegal.

yeah i found that on their site, out of stock at the moment so I set it up to ahev them notify me when it is back in. Alos investigating finding nolva in pill forms, my wife is flipping a wig about injecting.
