Is Todd still at IMT? I've had an order in since Nov 13th.

I placed a reorder with Todd on November 13th, and he said he'd get it in. Since then, I've heard nothing and received no shipment. I sent a few follow emails, but still haven't heard anything.

Is he on vacation? Left the company? It's been almost a month and I've since run out of medication... can anyone at IMT help me check the status?

i know they get a bit backed up in thanksgiving, everything shuts down... im sure he will get back to you asap
