Jaco de Bruyn and other fitness model cycles - discussion

Hey guys,

I was really wondering..what do you think guys like Jaco de Bruyn, Lazar Angelov, Sergi Constance, Jeff Seid etc. take ?

Do you think they do tren+clen+low doses of test along with hgh year round ? Or just pro hormones ? I dont really get how can they keep the body fat that low, basically walking around shredded year round no matter what, while keeping that crazy conditioning (extreme muscle hardness and density)...it just look absolutely insane to me. Obviously they claim to be natty, and I cant blame them for lying, as they are making living of their bodies, but still....

Any ideas ?
 
to be honest with you man , im not saying they use or don't ... but when I first started training , I was around 165-170 lb shredded year long . probably 7%bf. It was all diet . eating very lean . skipping the extra donut or cake on the holidays . I was pretty shredded all the time at 5'7" . that's until I bulked . honestly diet is going to be the biggest part . if u can maintain a great diet you will be lean all year as well . then theres getting under a certain body fat percentage (like stage ripped) and dehydrated where highly androgenic aas would come into play like stanozolol (winny) possibly clen , tren come into play. but diet man . key .

- Focus on yourself rather than others.

The same could be said for 98% of the new threads on this site. I've never heard of this seid guy u speak of, so must be out of the loop
 
I think the solution is simple: just eat Matt Seid to absorb his genetics. Can't taste any worse than half the liquid orals or ancillaries I've taken. :wiggle:

I was being sarcastic in my response because, you know, complaining about the new threads being made in this forum when you recently made one about matts deadlift is pretty fucking funny.

I reckon I could take on most of them if they were natural. Or next contest when Ive got a bit more size to me and 3J fine tunes those dietary problems I had last contest I could look at tidy.

My point directed at your comment to the OP was simply that most new threads have already been answered eighteen ways to Sunday yet you were surprised and seemingly annoyed the OP hadn't done a simple search on the subject he inquired about.

I understand how someone can be overzealous after deciding to make the AAS plunge and want gains right away and therefore asks simple questions Lready answered thousand times. Does it get annoying, YES it does. Sometimes, the condensending tone from members to newbies in the game of steroids will just chase them off to ther boards where the members have either less knowledge or simply don't care that a 19 year old is about to fuck himself up for life.

Just keep these things in mind (all veterans)when answering posts from bros just getting started.

About the Matt deadlift post ,rippedzilla, my point was simply , be careful padding lifting stats as you may be called on it

i agree 100% with this .just focus on being the best you you can be
