Hi all, I am a former Marine who has arthritis in both elbows stemming from a rough 4 year service. On top of that I was involved in a humvee accident in Iraq that messed up my shoulder pretty good (osteo arthritis along with torn tissue.) Long story short vehicle ahead of mine hit an IED and guy driving my vehicle freaked out. The pain I am pretty much used to it is not excrutiating but can be a bit annoying, also shoulder slips at certain angles from time to time.

Anyways I have never looked into a joint support supplement but recently started taking training alot more seriously and want to find something that others have had success with. If there is something out there that actually helps even a little bit I want to give it a shot. Please let me know if any of you have had any successful experience in this area.
 
Try picking up some Bulk cissus. I got some off Orbit last month after another member saying it would help with my shoulder recovery. Def works.

Forged joint repair already has cissus in it so he should be g2g. It also has a lot of other good stuff in it.
 
I trained in powerlifting for most of my lifting years so you can imagine by the time I hit 35 I had joint issues and pains! I started taking fish oil back then at 8-10 grams per day and I have not had an aching joint since!! Fast forward 15 years and I'm still issue free! I'm sure GH for the last almost 20 years helped with this also but the fish oil is the main one to thank IMO.

MSM etc none of that stuff helped. Deca would help while I was on it but it was just masking the problem.

Simple fish oil for the win!
 
I think I will go with the forge which contains cissus along with 3 krill which is fish oil right? I am still interested in tb500 probably try that out sometime down the road. Thanks for the input guys. Wish I new about this forum a long time ago. Place is like a gold mine.

krill oil is just a more potent fish oil really. Has other benefits but just think of it as supercharged fish oil.


when i dont have krill i take 9 fish oils......
 
krill oil has made a huge difference for me.. it is much better than just taking a bunch of fish oils through out the day..
 
adequan or alflutop work and people have been using it for years.

ostarine is said to help osteoporosis. I would shy away from tb500 untill there is more human research on it.

All the supplements people mentioned are good also.
 
Ok so I have Krill oil now and ordered forged joint repair. Had one more question. Is the amount of cussus in forged enough or do you need more? I just read in another post that you need 3-4 g per day.

try it out as is first, I believe it has enough to get the job done. Plus if you are adding the krill I think that you will notice a difference.
 
ok so this is crazy. My joints were aching from a pretty hard chest workout today. I picked up some krill oil and took it about an hour ago and my joints already feel a bit better. I could be jumping the gun and it could be just in my head but I think this stuff is actually working a bit already!!!!! Did I accidentally take crazy pills or is this possible?
