What are your goals? Remember you won't really get results unless you take it for an extended period of time. 6 months minimum

1-3IU is replacement dose for anti-aging
4-8 is for fat loss and SOME muscle building
Above 8 is where you will see the serious muscle building effects.

Since it's US Pharma, you may actually see more results at lower doses than with chinese generics, that stuff looks mighty mighty tasty.
