just like Spongy said... u gotta go above 8iu to get anything near to a "bodybuilding" effect, and for 6 months+

so many guys are gonna chime in and say if it's quality blah blah u can run less and get results blah blah... but if that was the case then guys that do this for a living wouldn't be running 20iu's+ ed, they would run 4iu's like so many claim (the problem with the guys saying 4ius is enough is that they are NOT pros)
