Hello guys
26years old
8 years training (3 years consistently)
150lbs 7% fat (heaviest @ 177lbs)
2 cycles (1 bulk + 1 cut)

I am just finishing the 4th week of post cycle therapy (pct) with clomid and it will be 6 weeks since I did my last shot.

I know time on = time off - BUT my question is...can I start the cycle soon? when is the earliest date to start without following time on = time off.

I have used time on = time off for first cycle**.

Please give me your input thanks. Got everything ready. Dbol/Test E/Deca

Why did you do a cut? And why even post cycle therapy (pct) if your jumping right back on? Your body gets f all for a break.

How tall are you? Why on earth would you cut when your 150lbs...thats what I want to know. Your stats sound like that of every high school kid I see in the gym thats not on juice and eating 2500 calories a day. Unless you're 5 feet tall. And time on equals time off is recommended. Take that time to get your diet in check.

time on= time off is a farse.... if youre an average steroid user you need to let your body take a break, get blood work, make sure your body has recovered and not go by the calendar, see if your body actually has recovered, even at that your body needs more timepast that.

I'm 5"7 - and can you read carefully? where in this thread does it say i was doing a cutting cycle at 150lbs? Your mistake.

First of all I'm small boned and you people all think im 170-180lbs. 42 3/4 inch (chest expanded) and 29.25inch waist at 150lbs at 7% fat. 23 inches on the thighs lean so thats where im lacking the weight. Shoulders are 49-50inches for measurement.

And dont talk to me about my calories when you dont even know me, i got more than 10 excel sheets laid out for my macronutrients from Meal 1 to Meal 8. and the increments for each 10lbs weight increase.

And once again at the end of your talk about my diet. It's obviously says im 177lbs at my heaviest after 1 cycle - i went from 137lbs to 180lbs (full stomach) in a 12 week dbol 20mg + 500mg test e cycle.

Now do you really think i need my diet to be in checked? I got lots to learn about everything and next time dont say so much with your mouth open and not knowing shit.

im done

whether u are 150 or 170 u are still "tiny" bro so u have no right to question any of the vets on here... get your head out of your ass and start directing some of that temper towards your training. kids will be kids...

well if you were really 137 pouns at 5'7, then you shoulda never started that first cycle to begin with. Unless you had a natty test level of 100 ng/dl, then theres no way you couldnt have put on at least 25 more pounds without gear.

Bro I never said I was big, I got width but I need more thickness. Also my head is not in my ass, so you dont have to be a tough guy and start cussing. I have no temper - I typed these messages with a calm emotionless face.

done.

Don't get all bent out of shape on the Internet. What people are trying to explain is that if your diet is really dialed in you should not need gear yet, and could have made it to 175-180 naturally by eating and training.

Sounds like you are trying to make gains and remain very lean. 7% is pretty much what pros are at on stage. What are your specific goals? I don't know you so I wont question your intelligence or dedication. But I to believe you should have gained more natural before touching gear. At 5'7 177 is small but not everyone can or will be huge no matter how much gear. The main reason on waiting is to reduce the risk of injury to tendons. From 135 up to 177 is some big gains which include big strength gains. But your tendons don't keep up and risk injury. Also most guys are that size because they cannot/do not eat enough to gain weight so when a cycle ends they lose the gains because they can't keep up with cals needed at that weight.

I'm not implying this is the case I'm just explaining a couple reasons guys are questioning things. Now as far as getting back on immediately I think it's a poor choice. What I would do is wait two weeks after pct, and get bloods as shown in the blood work sticky. That gives you time to have serm out of you and give an accurate reading of where you are at. I'm assuming you did not get bloods prior to starting so you don't have a baseline to go on but if numbers come back low then you either haven't recovered or are hypo.

Even if bloods come back great after that time, it's still best to wait and continue to eat and train and make some more gains natural. At that time you are able to hold that weight without elevated hormones and at that time it's up to you. You can go sooner if recovered but not always the best route.

Much of it depends on goals and experience and for the first few years and first few cycles I would stick to once a year.

Thank you bro..what you have said is what im looking for. I will keep training and dieting ..then around 160lbs - I will go for my bulk cycle. gain 10lbs naturally in 2 months ish..hopefully.

Sorry to jump in the topic but A.B aka Tigerfaceguy are you saying as a regular steroid user your body adapts to it better leaving you with less time off needed?

No matter what it comes down to blood work period. time on time off is just an educated guess when people are normally fully recovered. You may be shorter you may take longer. Regardless you need blood work to see if everything is ok.
