Just pinned myself for the first time!! Quad pin

and another thing....if you can get 18g to draw it makes the getting out the air process simple and overall it's a quicker...
that's what i use...some people may say you get stopper chunks in the vial...i've never had an issue with that.

You don't need to get out the air... as I said previously approx. .1-.2ml of air in the top of the syringe actually helps you get all the gear out of the syringe and also helps minimize site pain by decreasing the likelyhood that some of that gear drips out or comes back up the channel into the subcutaneous or dermal layers as you're pulling the needle back out.

Cam you need to relax bro! Pinning with water to practice? Bro, just draw the shit out with a 20g pin, unscrew it, put the 25 on, stab it in your thigh, aspirate, inject. it's easy as apple pie. edit. i forgot, make sure you swab the top of the vial and the injection site with an alcohol pad.

Stop reusing the same pin.

Also I forgot to ask, you didnt just test puncture yourself with tap water did you?? If so, welcome to infectionland, I hope you used bacteriostatic or at the very least sterile water.

You're over thinking this, dude. Unless you're using bacteriostatic water you stand more of a chance of getting an infection from injecting water then you do most gear. Cut it out.

Draw with one pin. Switch. Pin with a new one. The magnified pics posted above of the needle should be convincing enough to change the needle.

just wondering what you're doing with the practice shots with water?
Two hands up from your knee may also be a little high to pin man. However thats my hands and quad not yours.

cool if it works for you..i've yet to have an issue.

I've been in a situation where I had to pin with the same needle up to 3 times but I'd never do more than that. It's not a serious concern. You just need to clean the needle with rubbing alcohol and a pad. I'd be more concerned with injecting water (where did you get it? from the tap?). Although, pins are cheap as shit ..

Ok...I am practicing because I got all my needles first. Gear is on it's way.

I will be using a new syringe/needle every time. I really dont see the issue of drawing with the 23g, and injecting with it. It does the job quite well. Now, yeah, I used tap water for practice. But I didn't inject cause I saw air in the syringe and became worried and pulled-out.

But, I'm learning as I'm going. Guess I have to get "bacteriostatic water" to not run into issues.
I just wanted to inject myself to see if I had the balls to do it.. Well...I did it, so I'm proud..lol

Question!!! My needles don't go by Grams. It says "3ml, 2 1/2, 2, 1 1/2, 1, 1/2" How do I know how much to draw like this? I'm doing 500/week split in 2, 250/2/ How much is that in ml?

Thanks guys for all the help

cam stop injecting any water.

listen to me bro. draw with the 23's if you want, but order some more 23's or some 25's, just the needle, to inject with. you dont need to use the same needle to do both, needles are too cheap to do that.

your test is most likely dosed at 250mg per ml. so 1ml of test = 250mg. so you need to inject 1ml, twice a week. get it?

you sure you're ready for this?

LOL Relax y'alls! I only did it that one time cause I didn't know(tap water)! That's it, no more tap water!!!! BTW, I got the 100 syringe/needle package(23g 1 inch). I just don't understand why I can't draw, and inject with the same needle?! Enlighten me, please!

Really?! Did you see the magnified pics? If you don't get it then I'm not sure what other evidence can be presented to you to convince you to do it the way 99% of the rest of us who have some experience with this shit do it.

You can if you want, I usually do if it's just one compound but if Im doing a mixed shot (ie. poking the needle through more than 1 rubber stopper) then I usually use a new tip. It won't kill you to use the same tip you drew with, it could if you inject tap water... :nonono2: Anyway back to injection techniques, you don't absolutely need additional tips, is it a good idea, sure, absolutely necessary, no.

Whatever you do don't stick any more tap water in your leg, damnit bro even if you don't "inject" you still stuck the sterile needle in tap water and then stuck it in your leg... just google abscess and look at some of the pics if you ever think of doing that again.
