I've been wanting to hit a Test cycle for a while now. But after reading here I realized I need to get my diet right first. Emailed 3J yesterday and got an immediate response! Gonna be doing his carb cycling diet. I'm friggin stoked! Hoping to shed the rest of this fat! I'm ready for my plan 3J!

If you do what he says you will find that the fat melts away. I am doing the modified carb cycle, weight training 5 days a week and I have lost 2.5 inches off my waist in about 3 weeks while maintaining my weight on the scale. All this and I am behind on my cardio 1-2 days per week. My biggest challenge is eating all the food, but I am never hungry.

Geez you guys are getting me pumped!! I'm only on day 2 but I love it! I get to eat what I would call a lot of food and I'm never hungry! Just waiting on my workout plan from him. You got it ready 3J?

I've always been impatient! Lol! Anyway, he's given me everything I need. I'm only on day 5 and I feel great!!! Plenty of energy, never hungry! Measurements have already started dropping! I love it!

Haha, all the best buddy. Im just compiling my stats for 3J to analise then I can commence my plan also
