Just another quick little update. Its been almost 3 weeks now since first pin. I feel amazing, I had forgot how much of a sense of well being you get from being in a blast. Strength is skyrocketing, body is beginning to change, mental focus and drive is spot on. Pumps are just plain ridiculous, I literally have to take a break when drying my hair as the pumps in the forearms and arms is nuts. Pretty sure the tren is hitting me now, woke up to drenched sheets and the wife complaining about the heat I am producing. Time to start sleeping on a towel again....

I took one step forward and life made me take 2 steps back.
Fucking Gastro... was not able to put anything in my stomach yesterday, any food or drink had me running for the can and would either vomit it or pass it right through. Feeling a bit better today, feeling dehydrated to the max but I was able to drink a bottle of water on wake with only a little discomfort, next will be to see if I can stomach eggs... Its nice to lose water but fuck this sucks ass, I don't even want to get on the scale cause I know I lost alot of weight I was at 192 and I think if I check now It'll just make me feel worse...

Don't be concerned with the weight, it's mainly water and glycogen depletion. Think of it as a quick fast. As soon as you're able to eat normally again you'll replenish the water and glycogen. It'll only take a couple days if that to get back to where you were. Try keeping your protein intake as high as you can along with the training (if need be keep intensity but reduce volume). This isn't even two steps back brother, it's more of a speed bump.

Your update pic looks great and can def tell a difference from the first pic. Keep up the hard work and keep your head up!
 
Thanks for the encouragement Doc, I stepped on the scale and it was a 10 lb speed bump that cost me 3 double rolls of toilet paper, lmfao..

Lmao anytime man, we look out for each other here! Look at it this way: better costing you 3double rolls of TP than a call to the plumber right?? Haha. Enjoy the hell out of that refeed, the weight will undoubtedly get back up very soon!
 
Well been recovering from the Gastro, it had brought me down to 180lbs in 2 days from 192. I am now back up to 188lbs 6 days later and strength and lifts are back to normal.
Next week I am going to begin incorporating slin (humilin R) post workout starting at 4iu and working up to 10iu. 5on 2off
For my post injection shake it will be 40g protein, 10g per IU of a waxy maize/dextrose combo, 1g bcaa, 5g creatine
Once I reach 10iu with 100g of waxy/dextrose for a few days I will start to lower from there while monitoring levels.

Here are a couple shots where I am at, a little bloated from the refeed but they are shots on wake and unflexed (still half asleep)
You will notice in most of my pics that it seems like I am always leaning a bit to one side this is due to having 2 bulging discs in my back and a twisted spine.. not because of uneven floors in my house lollll

Kaz man you're looking great. You've got a 3J diet correct? I can def see the outline of your abs so your BF is not high at all. I don't see much bloat at all from the gastro issues. How's your digestion been since?
 
I do have a 3J diet, the bloat is subsiding daily thank god. Digestion for the first day was crazy everything I put into me was seemed to be digested and gone so fast, more than likely from a lack of sustenance. I used 4iu of insulin post workout for 2 days after the gastro to shuttle nutrients and get my creatine and glycogen lvls restored quicker and seemed to do wonders for the recovery. I'm pretty much back to normal now but my appetite is through the roof, not sure if its the EQ kicking in slowly but man I could just literally put a chair in front of the fridge and seat and eat from it all day. Mind you I don't and stick to my diet but with the appetite it feels like I'm cutting instead of bulking even though I am in a calorie surplus at the moment. Weight wise its pretty nuts when you think of it, I started with 3J at 181 and went up to 192 then got sick and went down to 180 then gained again and today I am at 191.2.. and I still have 16 weeks to go on this cycle.
 
Signing up with 3J is by far the best investment anyone can make in regards to cycling and should be a staple like PCT and be called pre cycle therapy or on cycle therapy.. lol
Even if people understand dieting I am sure they will learn alot from the guy. I think I am a pretty easy client though I feed my face with what he tells me, shut my mouth and watch myself change in the mirror every day. LMAO

Well Monday chest workout was awesome.

Flat bench I added 20 lbs from last week to my 5 rep max
Incline BB Bench I add 20 pounds from last week for 5 rep max
Incline DB flyes were done with 60lbers up 10 pounds from last week to my 5 rep max

Had 2 people come up and ask how I was progressing and changing my body so quickly. Dedication, drive, focus and diet baby...

I took my first humilin R shot today, 6iu post workout, fuckin muscles feel like they are going to explode out of my skin..
Had my post injection shake:
40g protein, 28 grams waxy maize, 32 grams dextrose, 5g creatine and 1g BCAA, 12 oz water
Full meal in 1.5 hours from shot and then another meal 2 hours after that.

On a side note it finally is nice out after a week straight of rain so now I get to cut my lawn and put up the kids swing set.. Hopefully summer will start.

Again my lats feel like they want to explode out of the side of my body and its been 6 hours since the gym, I am loving the long lasting pumps from the test kicking in along with the slin. Still no sign of lady tren contributing and am starting to worry... I have some tren A laying around though if this tren E isn't gonna start kicking my ass soon..

How has your weight gain and progression on lifts been going Kaz?
 
My weight is fluctuating between 191 and 193, I figure that will change with upping my carbs to meet the requirements of upping my slin. I'm loving the fact that everyday my body changes in the mirror.

As far as my lifts I have gone up by about 20 lbs on pretty much every lift so far in the last week. My chest is my weakness and adding a 10 lb to 2 plates on each side is a big jump for me on flat bench. (fuckin lower back). Incline dumbbell press before cycle was 90lbers for a 5 rep max and this week I put up 110lbs for 10. So all in all I am very happy with my lifts and i walk out of the gym completely burnout everyday. If it don't hurt and burn like crazy when I leave I am not satisfied. Pumps are insane and with the slin post workout they last all day. The test has kicked in which is awesome, but sucks getting pumps and cramps from brushing my teeth..lol

That's awesome progress especially with the incline dumbell press :eek: that progress in a week is just crazy. Definitely keep this updated, I'm enjoying seeing your progress. I'm the same way with regards to leaving the gym, if I don't walk out with total exhaustion I feel like I cheated myself of a good gym day. Have you tried taurine for the pumps? I got those same pumps, fuck I was getting forearm pumps putting a fork to my mouth while eatin lmao, and the taurine has helped quite a bit with this. Great progress my man from someone doing it the right way.
 
I haven't tried taurine but definitely gonna check it out, would be nice to curb them a little bit thanks for the advice.
I've been following your log as well and you seem to be doing pretty amazing as well. Nice and detailed hard to input as you seem to be on point with everything, glad to see you got help with your diet and sure you will push through the plateau now..
 
Well I bumped my slin to 8iu today, upped my dextrose and waxy to 80g, went well but didn't feel as good as at 6 iu, felt lethargic as fuck all day, appetite wasn't as high, etc...no issues in regards to blood sugar lvls but just the whole sense of well being, think it may be the heat, gonna try 8 iu again tomorrow and if I still feel this way gonna go back down to 6iu
As far as the training today it was a great day
Standing Miltary BB press 95 x 15, 135 x 5, 2 x 115 x 8
Machine Side Laterals 4 sets of 60 lbs to failure, I do these with my training partner where he push down when I reach top and I resist to work the negative
Cable Front raises 4 sets of 60lbs to failure
Shrugs 4 x 20 with 90lbs

Shoulders were were so dead I had to get my wife to pull my shirt off when I got home, love it.
