woohoo, I got cheat meals added to my diet, fuckin eh....
First one was today, I decided to go with a 4 pound atlantic lobster and 3 pounds of snow crab with garlic butter, a huge slice of dolce de leche cheesecake that I made myself and a bottle of Pepsi... it was so damn good...

Updates haven't been very frequent sorry other stuff going on and shit..

Today was chest day but threw in a little bicep work as my recovery rate from workouts since changing to 10iu GH post workout is f'in ridiculous I'm sure I could train every body part every 2 days and not overtrain them.. Loving the change in GH inject schedule, the only thing is hands tingle alot more fequently (tingle more than they don't)and holding a little more water..

WORKOUT
Flat BB Bench - 135lbs x 25reps, 275lbs x 5, 225lbs x 8, 225lbs x 8
Inclined BB Bench - 135lbs x 20reps, 245lbs x 5, 225lbs x 8, 185lbs x 10
Inclined DB Flyes - 30lb DBs x 15reps, 45lb DBs x 8reps, 55lb DBs x 5reps, 30lb DBs x 8reps
2 sets DB pull overs with a 80lb DB
EZ bar BB curls 3 sets of 10 with 125lbs
Seated Alternate curls - 3 sets of 10 with 45lb DBs
1 drop set of Cross body Hammer Curls starting at 50lbs all the way down to 10lbs in decrements of 5lbs
20 mins cardio

POST WORKOUT

10iu GH
Post Injection shake - 40g protein, 120grams carbs, 5g glutamine, 4g BCAA, 5 grams creatine

All and all was an awesome workout.

Wow, so many reps for your warmup set. Do you find this helps or hinders your progression? I personally try to keep everything at 10 reps or so and can see being gassed early even when the weight is much lower than working weight. Great log so far Kaz!
 
I usually have to do a set of front raises to warm my shoulders up prior to doing flat bench but skipped them and went for more low weight reps on warmups just to see. I usually do a 15 rep warmup with 20 lbs more and the 25 rep today with less weight was a trial seemed to work pretty good but your right it took alot more energy and muscle failure came earlier, glad I had a spotter for my last sets. I'll probably go back to the 15 rep warmup next week.

Trial and error I guess lol

Seated cable one arm rows - 60lbs x 15 reps, 70lbs x 8 reps, 100lbs x 5 reps, 80lbs x 8 reps
Pull Down Behind neck - 100lbs x 15 reps, 150lbs x 5 reps, 130 x 8 reps, 130lbs x 8 reps
Seated Rows - 130lbs x 15 reps, 220lbs x 5 reps, 180 x 8 reps, 180 x 8 reps
Back Flyes - 2 sets of 25 with 25lb DBs
Close Grip Bench - 105lbs x 15 reps, 155lbs x 8 reps, 205lbs x 5 reps, 155lbs x 8 reps

Thanks alot man for pointing me towards your log. The info on T-bol was really helpful and I'm almost positive I'll be putting it into my second cycle instead of D-bol.

Great progress man, I'm enjoying this log. What do you think of the EQ? I'm about run 1 gram a week of EQ with 200mg tren and 100mg test per week soon. I'll also be adding in humulin-r with my GH soon. I'm thinking pre-workout 4 days a week with 5iu GH and 20min later 5-10iu humulin.

Thanks man. As far as the EQ goes its pretty crazy. Apart from the hunger, muscle hardness has increase almost like the muscle is always flexed, not pumped but just hard.. hard to explain. Vascularity is really starting to come out from the EQ as well, I catch people in the gym staring at my arms when I am doing arms or a db movement, got some crazy ass veins popping out that I have never seen before..

That will be a nice run I hope you keep a log. Curious to the pre workout usage of slin.

I will say that running the high dose 3 x week is the way I will run it from now on when bulking, its just so freaking amazing, with the down requlation of insulin from the GH the insulin is needed but the combo is unreal, I am up to 120g carbs on 10 iu humilin for my post work out shake and both meals within the window and not gaining any fat at all, I'm sure I could increase carbs again if needed.

Ya gonna be test/deca/anadrol/gh/slin for the winter I think. Have the test and deca on hand and anapolon anadrol as well as human grade caber on the way. I wanna do an all human grade run.

Sounds interesting. Do you have an idea on your doses yet?
 
3 x testovirons (250mg) and 3 x deca (200mg) per week (m/w/f) for 14 weeks
50-100 mgs Anadrol per day from week 4 to week 9. Not using as a kickstart as I want the synergy of all 3 compounds.

I haven't used deca since way back in the day and it always gave me bitch tits, this was before comprehension of prolactin and the introduction of caber so i'm gonna give it another go

leg curls - 4 sets to failure with 100 lbs
Calf raises - 4 sets to failure

Another good workout, after last set went to the bathroom for my slin shot and realized I grabbed the wrong preload syringe case and there was nothing in it, glad I am only 10 minutes from the gym so took it as soon as I got home..
