I have pretty decent abs under a small layer of fat i can feel th deffenition and i can feel each and every brick. i have a BF% of 10-12 and i am doing cardio bcause i want to expose my abs but its not working can anybody give me any advice
 
How long have you been doing cardio? The fat doesn't come off overnight. Plus you have to have a clean diet too.
 
What does your diet look like. I have found out that even when I do cardio and my diet isn't in check I don't change but as soon as my diet is in check and I lay off the cardio a little i get leaner.

My diet right now is working wonders for me. Your diet is the main ingedient (sp).
 
diet can never be overemphasized. cut out all the fat and carbs, and most importantly eat LESS.
 
just make sure you keep your protein intake high, otherwise you are risking losing that hard earned muscle of yours.
 
i would agree with bob marley about eliminating carbs, except for post workout. on the other hand i disagree on the fat. fat intake is important for a number of reasons and you can still lean out with a fairly high fat intake. at least i can. recommended fats include sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, pecans, avocados, olive oil, flaxseed oil, fish oils, you get the picture. not only do seeds and nuts cointain fat, they also contain numerous hormones and incomplete proteins.

Fatchops contest diet:

Meal #1- 1 ½ cup oatmeal
50-60g/P
2tbsp Peanut Butter

Meal #2- 50-60g/P
1 Apple

Meal #3- 50-60g/P
1 ½ brown rice,
1 ½ tbsp Peanut Butter

Meal #4- 50-60g/P
10oz. Potato
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Meal #5- Myoplex, Banana

Meal #6- 50-60g/P
3-4 rice cakes (no Sugar ones)


Protein consists of eggs, chicken, Very lean meat, tuna, WHEY

*** 2 cups of Brocolli 3x/day

This diet was for like 8 weeks then I went to a 4 day no carb then load up carb day. It gets complicated but I will just give you this for now.




I copied this and saved it on my hard drive a long time ago. This is the diet he used when he was preparing for a show last year.
