Lab Results after 2.5 Months on TRT - Endo doesn't think lowering E2 is Necessary

Happy New Year Everyone.

I've been on TRT coming up on 3 months. Protocol is 100mg Test E/ week, no AI, no HCG. I've spoken to my endo about AI's and he is opposed citing not to worry about estradiol as there is NO data as to what the best level is and if you suppress it it can cause osteoporosis.

As you can see with my labwork, my E2 is over the range. I plan on switching to twice weekly injections to hopefully mitigate this. If you're curious the blood test was done nearly 2 days after my weekly injection so I believe we are looking at my peak.

Any insight or thoughts are welcome.

Your E2 is a little high. On the sensitive assay you would probably be 10-20 points lower. I think that injecting 50mg every 3.5 days will fix the problem. If not, try taking DIM.

You need to get in and donate blood. Your hematocrit is almost out of range.

What's up with your Liver? Have you talked to your doctor about it? Are you taking NAC to help it?

Thanks Megatron. I'm going to start 50mg twice a week tomorrow and plan on donating blood soon. My above range ALT (73) is normal for me. Had a 98 before I ever took test about a year ago.

Its certainly not disastrously high, so the better question is how do you feel? I doubt I'd even notice E2 being an issue at that value. One guy on here had a number in the 800's before he got it back down... so there's a large variance on what each guy can tolerate before it becomes an issue >> http://www.steroidology.com/forum/general-chat-forum/653587-holy-shit-halfwit-check-out.html

I agree with Megatron... deal with the Liver value first.

I feel pretty good, a little blah before my shot but twice a week injections will hopefully rectify that. Liver value doesn't seem to worry my doc or endo. 800's is nuts! I wonder how that was.
