What are her stats/current diet training routine like ? Like u probably have read before if she doesn't have a solid diet & training foundation running Anavar (var) is pretty much pointless..
Most women run Anavar (var) cycles starting at 2.5mg a day & slowly taper up to no more than 20mg a day, (first cycle I wouldn't go over 10mg) it's always better to start slow & monitor how u react...
most due a 6-8 week cycle.. as far as sides water gain is a common one, along with (breakouts) oily skin, but remember everyone reacts differently some sides she could also exprience are: deepened vocal chords, body hair, etc.
You should tell her to join, it's always better for her to do her own research and get feedback from other females on a one to one basis.
