So my lady wants to run anavar at 10mg ed for 8 weeks, i need help from the ladies that have token var, and the sides, and etc. please. GUys if you have any information please share as well. THank you

What are her stats/current diet training routine like ? Like u probably have read before if she doesn't have a solid diet & training foundation running Anavar (var) is pretty much pointless..

Most women run Anavar (var) cycles starting at 2.5mg a day & slowly taper up to no more than 20mg a day, (first cycle I wouldn't go over 10mg) it's always better to start slow & monitor how u react...
most due a 6-8 week cycle.. as far as sides water gain is a common one, along with (breakouts) oily skin, but remember everyone reacts differently some sides she could also exprience are: deepened vocal chords, body hair, etc.

You should tell her to join, it's always better for her to do her own research and get feedback from other females on a one to one basis.

I told her, she wants me to do the research, as far as her training she only runs, doesnt lift weights; I told her I think she should take it once she's lifting for over a year. Her weight is 116lbs and shes about 5'6 with around 10-15% bf.

I honestly think she should just follow up a strict diet and cardio, plus lifting weights. She doesnt have much time do to med school

personally, I trained a girl who recently landed third at nationals and she got far better results from oral primo than she did from Anavar (var). she did throw in some deca towards the last weeks against my better advice.

Have her eat right and do some eliptical cardio for 60 days That'll tighten those buns. I prefer alittle fat in my girls ass though.
Theirs tons of natural alternatives for her situation..jesus... No need for Anavar (var) here.

If she's looking to gain muscle, she really needs to include weight lifting to her routine, she doesn't need to devote a lot of time, if she's at 10-15 % bf, then she doesn't really need much cardio, I would cut the cardio time in half and add in the weights.. if she's worried she will get "bulky" she can rest assure.. that won't happen... I think that's the main reason or msiconception girls have when it come to weight lifting and that's why most stick to just cardio.

couldnt agree with you better, alot of girls believe that if they "lift" theyll be all bulky, but honestly they're just going to be really nice and toned and tight :), thank you for your help everyone.
