Lets all talk injuries.

Did you not read the entire post? I said I also have a nagging shoulder which is a partially torn rotator cuff. I still get my workouts done though. Some people can take the pain and push through it, others can't. I guess I love pain.

Most of my injuries that affect my training have come from being a dumbass while drunk and not from lifting.

I did something really dumb 3 months ago. I maxed out on french press (scull crushers) and got an injury in my elbow tip. It was a little tear that sounded like a snap. It honestly looked like a spike. Now it is almost gone and normal. Maybe another month and a half. Why do these damn injuries take sooooooooo looooooong to heal? I know why, but it really sucks. It is so depressing and really sucks to feel useless and small because I am not supposed to work out until it is 100%. I can not stand feeling and looking average and pathetic. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM GETTING REALLY restless now as it is 85% healed!

Please give me some injury stories of yours to help me have a bit more patience and maybe feel a bit better PLEASE!!!!!!!

I hate waiting...

Yeah I read the post. You didnt mention a torn cuff. You mentioned muscle strains and a nagging shoulder. :)

Damn. That sound like maybe a slight dislocation maybe. Get an xray and mri. That could be pretty bad. Im guessing lower body injuries would be worse because you have to always use your legs every day. Go get it checked out man.

My bad, I should've been more specific.

No prob. Honestly dont work through your rotator cuff injury. Let it heal first, or it might never go away, or it will most likely get worse and will take longer to get better, or it will get to the point of maybe needing sergury.

Just lay off and go see a physiotherapist. My physiotherapist is absolutely fantastic with the best advice.

The shoulder is a shit joint. No point making it any wealker than it already is by training with an injury.
