Bro that's not even enough fish. You need a bit more protein than that. The meal that cybersage guy posted will give you more energy than that. Good to see you trying to cut dude, but prepare to lose a bunch of strength in the process.

Im eating at least 4 meals a day and i only need 150g protein from what i understand So a simple carton of egg whites will put me there. Believe me i dont like this diet either my fat loss has stalled and despite what anyone says tren burns fat. I ate whatever i wanted and leaned out everywhere expect stomach. Hopefully this diet will help me get as lean as i want then i can play with all the fun aromromatizing steroids i been avoiding lol
