Lift's First Cycle

Workout was decent today. Took it easy on my chest and did incline HS and cable chest press. Finished with 4 plates and a 25 on each side x 7 on incline hs. Was a little bit weaker than I expected on pullups, strapped 45 lbs on and only got 6 for my last set :( Hs rows were good though and finished up with some lateral raises. I think the workout would have been much better if I hadn't gotten 5 hours sleep last night. I don't know if its the test or what but if I don't get sleep I really feel like shit.

Injects went good today. The gf ended up having to stay the night out of the blue so we had to hustle and get the injects done before she got here. Everything went smooth and hit no nerves this time, did the test, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and took aromasin plus got everything cleaned up in probably 5 minutes. I felt like a fireman having to get the drill done with the clock ticking :)

No she's been quoted as saying she'll leave me, even though I call horse shit on that one. I don't see any reason to antagonize her though.
 
yeah dont tell her. she has no reason to know. avoid probs post cycle by having some cialis on hand. the only woman i ever told i told because my dick wouldnt work.
 
I pulled a good workout out of my ass today. I am still somewhat sleep deprived and was feeling like shit before the gym, so to cut down on sets I did a 20 rep squat with 275 no belt or wraps. Then went on to goodmornings and could only go up to 255 because my lower back pump was crippling me again. Shrugs and calves and I was out.

My sex drive was really raging for the first month or so. In the last couple weeks its dropped down to about normal, which doesn't bother me. I'm back to jacking off 2-3 times a day as opposed to 6 hahaha. I'm sure its just the fact that the test is no longer increasing in my system so my body has adjusted.

ouch!...lucky for me my wife supports anything i wanna do (with in reason...lol)...and has said she would be willing to give me the injections.
 
Injections went fine yesterday. The alcohol never wants to evaporate off the rubber stopper on my hcg and I got a little impatient and shot myself with an alcohol covered slin pin. That stung. I heated up the test for the first time yesterday, held it under very hot water for a couple minutes. It was a little easier to inject but I don't think I got it warm enough. My right quad has been hurting when I inject on the last two shots, I think it may just be more sensitive than my left.

Workout was strong today, except for one thorn in my side. I took an extra day off so that my cns would be really charged for triples on bench. I had a great spot and hit 335x3 easily, then on 365 I had to have a different guy spot me, but he works at my gym so I figured he would know what he's doing. I hit the first 3 reps, the 4th one comes off my chest great, going up smoothly, about 3/4 of the way up the fucking fagget grabs the bar and locks it out for me. 365x4 would have been a pr and I know I had it but I can't count it with a clean consciense. Hit 345x5 on rows (345x4 was where I hurt my bicep months ago so I didn't push it any farther). Also did db military for the first time in a long time and hit 110x10 with no help up. That was a pr by at least 2-3 reps.

How about some front shots of the chest and shoulders? Also why is your first cycle a 20 week cycle?

I will post all kinds of shots when I'm about done with the cycle. I want to wait till the end to see how dramatic the change is because I'm planning on gaining 30+ pounds. My aesthetic appeal has really gone down since builking up first because i hold a shitload of water and second because my midsection gets really thick. It's kind of discouraging, but I can see a lot of positive change in my chest, back, shoulders, and especially arms. My legs are also starting to get beefy again. I'm weighing in between 288-290 right now.

Also this cycle will be 14-15 weeks. 12 weeks of test E plus 2-3 weeks prop before pct.
 
Also I went and looked at the first post to see why Jimmy thought I was doing a 20 weeker, must have included post cycle therapy (pct) in the length of the cycle. I did a little editing in that post to show changes I have made since the cycle has started.
 
Dude don't get down on yourself like that. I think you are selling yourself a bit short.
From your back shots you are a big m-fer Your front is probably just as good big. We all gain fat on a bulker and besides nobody here is going to flame you...only offer encouragement and constructive criticism.

PS - any plans on posting some new pics so we can see and comment on any physical changes compared to your earlier photos?

Also, you haven't mentioned much about your diet (apart from eating that bog pizza!). Are you trying to both build muscle and reduce fat at the same time? Or is your plan form this cycle mainly to gain weight and strength?

Hey hal thanks for posting. To answer the pic question see post #94. As for my diet it's all about size and strength. All out bulker. Lots of good clean food but probably 1 junk meal a day just to keep calories up. My eating has been going very well lately, I'm having no problem getting 8 meals a day in every day. 400+ grams of protein per day, probably around 5,500-6,000 cals. I think the test has increase my appetite some.

Legs today. Walking db lungues 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's all x16 (8 per leg). After these I was fucking dead and considered ending the legs right there. Managed to do some hamstring curls and calves then some arms and I was out.
 
Solid upper body day. Incline bench 315 x 8 (fought hard to lock out the last one), weighted pullups bw+45 x 8 (these were very hard also). That's all the free weights I did today.

Last inject was good, a tad bit more sore then they have been lately but thats all. Hopefully it won't bother me squatting. May have to postpone squats for a day. Weighed in at 292.5 at the gym today. That means I'm at least 290 without clothes. Goal #1 accomplished I have one week of school left. Very bloated.
