I just came across an interesting article regarding the long term effects -- or lack thereof -- of using T3. Now, I thought that it was pretty well settled that long term T3 usage could permanently screw up your thyroid gland, and that even short term use (at higher doses) can result in a nasty rebound effect, where people gain back all the weight they just lost. This article basically says the opposite: that the thyroid comes back within two or three weeks even after very long cycles at medium to high doses.

I am not really interested in running T3 for a really long time, but I am concerned about the rebound effect. If the author of this article is correct, rebounding should not be a problem as long as you keep your calories low for the short period your body needs to get its own levels back up. What do you guys think?
