Been a member since 2013 & this is my first post!
Just wanted to introduce myself & provide some background.
36yrs old. Been lifting seriously for about 5-6 yrs. 6' @ 205 currently. 2 test only cycles under my belt & getting ready to start my 3rd. Oh yeah, on TRT @ 200 a week. That puts my test levels around 7-800 range.

OMM, I'm just coming off hernia surgery. Doc has given me the ok to lift again, it's been 6wks. Body fat is around 15ish & goals are mainly to put on a little size with minimal fat gain. I'll be running test only again. I really wanted to add an oral in the mix but Christmas has left me with no extra cash. Maybe next time.
 
Lol. Nutrition is my nemesis. I usually do pretty good when I cut, but when I bulk.... I bulk. I love to eat.

if your doing a test cycle you better have an oral at the ready sir.
 
Hey man I was born with an umbilical hernia. Had it repaired in 80' . Then back 3-1/2 years ago I blew out another umbilical. Had it repaired and the recovery wasn't all that bad. I guess after 8 weeks or so I did as much in the gym , light weight and would make sure I wasn't pressuring my abs. That was tuff hence machines with reps.

I had a wide belt and would wear it high over my belly button and stuffed a sock under it.
What type n wear is yours.
