next month plan to take one month off, too many injuries, rotator cuffs, sore knees, elbows, little muscle tears etc and CNS breakdown, and i start post cycle therapy (pct) in two weeks, but cant decide weather to just take next month off or next month till november when i start another cycle, reason being is to shock my body into new growth was planning to eat clean during the time period not high protien but moderate to low and taking otc test boosters to help preserve as much as i can, i was thinking if i take till next month off till November and by eating normal clean food and another cycle muscle will come like the first time i started to workout and the old muscle quicker (muscle memory), i ahve done something similar but i was natty , two years ago i had surgery and was out for about 2.5 months or so, when i came back i was shocked how i reacted to weights i grew like nothing and people did not recognize me, so i was planning to do so again, if i can recall even some pros take few months off a year, has this also happened to anyone ? what were the results like?

peace

Well I'll say this that I to like you will start Accumulating injuries and sooner or later I’ll do the same thing and just go on a sabbatical for A month or 2 and give everything a chance to heal up. Other wise if I don’t nothing seams to get better and I just go on living with a bunch of small annoying injuris..So for me i feal like It's A big help.

I've gotten in funks (divorce, move, etc..) and taken years off.. and after awhile it just sucks. Not because I'm off gear but because slowly my diet and training just go to shit or go away totally. Play it by ear bro.. take a few weeks and see how it goes. Maybe just lighten up on the weights for a bit and concentrate on being active and healthy.

2 years ago i needed surgery and was out of weights for about 2 months, when i came back i could not believe how much i blew up in three months i literally went from 97kg to 108kg, is this cause i went out for so long that i experienced same results like a first started working out?, and i was natty, ,who over here has experienced muscle memory , tell me about it,

Jay you got a point maybe just lighten up even lighten up alot if needed on the weights. I said that i will take a month or two hear and there and that's true. But also now I'm 40yo old so over the years looking back like you for what ever reason i have gone missing for a year or two and boy I think we can all agree how hard it can be to get back into the swing of things. So that's why I say you got a good point to just stay active and lighten up and most importanly don't break your routine as far as makeing it to the gym. I just might have to try that..

I hear you on the injurys, CNS meltdown...how often a week do you train ?

Between cycles I now coast on a SERM like toremifene...I believe MRANAK does the same..Not to sure about the long term issues of running a SERM but I'd find it hard to believe any over the counter Test Booster either works or could compete with a pharmaceutical made product.

If your going to run a SERM long term/between cycles, why not just run a low testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose of test cyp year round??

i workout 4 days week, HEAVY wieghts, so it does melt my CNS, but been going at it for about 8 months heavy , b4 that was volume work, but i really think the break is important , gives me a fresh start,

ps: im maintaining clean diet, but not eating as much, but if i gain a bit off fat, will it come off when i start again "fat memory and muscle memory" assuming diet is in check and new cycle too

YEP!.. no worries. I've been at that point several times in my life and my body popped right back to where it was almost immediately. Fat came on quick but came off just as fast once I started back at it. Important to tighten up the diet and throw a little cardio in and your golden. ;)

I was wondering, I've read that Deca can help ease the pain and even help to repair some injuries like your rotator cuff or minor shoulder injuries etc.
Does anyone have any advice or comments, does Deca really help repair or mask those type of injuries while you are on it?

Thanks~

honestly cant imagine why you would take OTC test booster. a complete waste i think.

why not just lift really light and eat good for the month. you will probably grow. you are supposed to take a month off from lifting probably every year. and you will continue to grow all that month

after leaving my country and partying.... 3 years... arms shrunk from nearly 17" to 15" gut went from 33" to 35" ... been back for 1 month and it is amazing the results i am seeing, feels like juicing but without the juice... waist is down to 34.5 arms are a touch under 16... legs im gonna have to wait as i tore a ligament 2 years ago.. perhaps due to many years training.. then no training made them week? weight has gone from 200 down to 183... keep posted for my online journal

just coming off 8 months of downtime.....went ot the gym the other day and got 225 up on the squat and 195 up on the bench, feelling pretty good....I will be focusing on shoulders for the next 3 months and bringing up my weak points.

Probably about 3-4 months on several different occassions after having multiple surgeries over the past few years
