Looking to mainly get cut, input please

Whats up everyone I'm a NooB to steroids however I have been training since I was 13 and I am now 22. I weigh in at 189 and I'm 5'9. I am already in some pretty good shape however I feel I'm too bulky and would like some more definition so I've been looking to cut up and at the same time gain some strength.

As for the cutting, I have decided to go with winstrol. (injections, 50mg, 6 - 8 weeks)

What amount of test would you guys reccomend (like I said, don't want to get bulky but I've heard its a nice product to stack with winny) and what post cycle would be most ideal?

I've done the P6 black before and achieved great results and took some normal over the counter post cycle therapy and had great results. I'm just looking for a well defined build this time around cause the P6 black bulked me up like crazy (185 -> 205)

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
 
Welcome to the board !!

Hate to tell you but Winstrol will NOT get you cut. I know you've probably heard or read some where it will, but it really doesn't.
 
gonna have to agree wit the others. diet is key my man. i wouldnt worry so much bout cardio at the moment. diet first then cardio.
 
OP, not sure if you've run Winstrol (winny) before, but injectable is extremely painful...

should you bother cycling, I would say no. If you cant drop weight with your current diet, you wont lose weight just cause you add steroids to an improper diet.

I agree with these guys, whinny will give you some strength gains, but getting ripped comes from diet and cardio
 
Did you recently just decide that you want to get cut up or have you shifted your training and dieting in that direction some time ago? If you haven't, give it a go for 90 days and see where you're at then. I was able to go from 16-17% to less than 10%, in 6 months through greatly changing my diet and training just now am I adding a cycle to help get me to 7%.

There are some great fat burners out there as well, animal cuts, and meltdown worked great. Empty stomach morning cardio, plenty of protein, and sipping on aminos all day, helped me to gain muscle and burn fat even on a diet no more than 3000 calories per day. As you start to get leaner your test goes up and estrogen goes down. alot of people on steroid forums just say "steroids don't do anything, it's ALL diet" that's obviously false. steroids do plenty, and SO DOES diet. you WILL see results from just steroids and no diet, but just not all that much. taking winstrol only at a good dose with mediocre diet will make get a bit more cut, it did for me with no diet. but they key to harnessing the results is going all out on diet while cycling, and solid diet with winstrol make great gains cut wise.
if steroids did nothing like all of these people claim, then noone would take em.

Before jumping on gear try and do some cutting on your own. Diet, cardio, HIIT, and see what you can do naturally. Turning to AAS is fine, but only do so when you have reached your maximum natural potential. Don't use the AAS as a crutch or a cheat, allow it to push you further than you couldnt yourself on your own naturally. You'll achieve greater results this way.

i agree, i see guys that i know who eat fast food twice a day ,with no cardio not saying to do that but obviously steroids play a big factor in there physiques ,because you cannot eat like that, party like some of these guys do and expect to have ripped abs and 18 inch arms,so without a doubt steroids play a big role.if it were totally up to diet and cardio i know for a fact a lot of these guys would not look like that
