losing weight..help

I agree, I just went through a pretty serious weight loss over the last year - and diet is everything.

You can take a serious weight loss aid such as ECA or Clen, but if your diet is out of whack - you're just going to be a heaviliy caffeinated fatty with anxiety.

i've had gastric bypass 6 yrs ago and i am gaining weight.. need something fast to lose weight very limited to exercise due to back problems.. so i am stuck right now.. any suggestions welcomed...
 
I'm not trying to be an ass.. but there isn't any pill that makes people lose weight, if there was we wouldn't have a problem here. There are pills / weight loss aids which can assist in weight loss.

As I said before, diet, diet, diet. You need to figure out your body's caloric maintenance needs and go from there... especially if exercising is going to be an issue.

Also, on the safety side of things, most of weight loss aids contain alot of caffeine, ephedrine, ect. If you're not healthy enough to handle these compounds, you will have a heart attack.
 
Take a few Caffein pills and hit the gym as hard as you can 20-30 min of cardio, and 30-40 min. of weight training. After that, its all about what happens in the kitchen : )

At it's most basic, losing weight is about burning more calories than you eat. some tips are :-
  • Go Walking.
  • Treat high-calorie foods as jewels in the crown.
  • After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
  • Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals.
 
I've tried the fast route and i can honestly say that taking it slow and steady is actually worth it. In fact i stack D-Aspartic acid with just a 500 deficit while training the same (no cardio) and the results are a lot better than i thought. If anything i still continue to gain strength and get leaner. So far i have enjoyed dieting this way more than any way else, i do have a cheat meal a week but they help in some weird way mentally and if anything it naturally suppresses my ghrelin for a few days making it easier to hit my calorie mark. As far as fat burners if you decide to try one i'd give N2 Burn a shot at 1 cap a day to start (Also helps with blood sugar levels meaning you won't feel as lethargic depending on your diet) , more is not always better remember that!

pickup a fatburner. it will only do so much tho, so dont expect a ton from it. Your diet will play the biggest part in your weight loss.

next will be your workouts....having a bad back you will need to find ways to excerise without hurting yourself.

last will be the fat burner. Id say your diet will be 70%, workouts 20%, supps 10%.


no weigt will be lost unless your diet is under control.

after reading your info, I immediately make browsing ... I found this website dietsafety.info and free product for 6 months to try, in my opinion, we should try this new program ... because it is safe and I also have used this product
 
Hi dear,

Diet pills are not good for our health, they have a number of side effects for our health.
For weight loss you should do exercise regularly and take diet foods for better results.

you dont need a diet pill.. you need a kick ass diet and workout routine.. that will melt the fat off better then any diet pill i promise

Besides having your diet in check, fasted cardio can amplify results with a good amount of determination behind it. What does a normal day look like for you, both in and out of the gym?
 
From what I have learned on this site so far... listen to 3J.

From my own experience working in manufacturing nutritional supplements- They are meant to aid you in your workout and diet, not to be your diet. Hit the gym hard, eat right (no cheating), be serious about it. You already had a surgery to melt the fat away, now you have to upkeep it. Gym, diet, gym, diet. You will feel more energized ALL the time instead of just when you take a diet pill (that wears off) and they are not good for your GI. You cannot rely on pills to keep you in shape.

Here are some of the tips :

* Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. No matter which diet you are on, don't skip it.

* Don't starve yourself. The reason is simple. If you starve one whole day, you are very likely to binge- eat the next.

* Drink enough water. If you drink when you are hungry, it means you are already dehydrated. So keep sipping.

* Get enough sleep. This is something you can't compromise on. It's okay if you don't exercise one day, but not getting enough sleep is really bad.

* Don***8217;t let the way other people***8217;s bodies look like make you judge your own. You have to be the best you can be, but not according to other people***8217;s body type.

* Don***8217;t eat or snack in front of the television. It will make you eat more.

I think this is best advice. Weight loss takes time because it is change in habit and lifestyle. That can happen overnight, but the key is to keep the changes going day after day, and that is what takes time - maintaining the changes. Health & Fitness
