Ok i've decided to go on low dose test prop 150mg/week for 12 weeks.The purpouse of the cycle is to get to the leanest state of my life for an upcommig shot!Biggest concern is hair loss so 1 week out(starting from today) i've started 1mg fina and will use it through out the whole cycle and PCT.
So here it is:
Gear:150mg test prop weekly in 3 shots of 50mg.
Clen - 2on2off(if i can get ephedrine i will use it rather than clen)
t3 - probably starting from week 5 to 10 -50/75mcg

Hair loss prevention stack:
Fina - 1mg/ed
Nizoral 2% -6 days a week
Revivogen losion - ED before bed
Diet:4 days low carb ,high protein and 2 days high carb/typical bulking day with lower rotein intake.I'll start with 175g carbs on the low days and probably keep this till the end ,just slightly increase cardio.Protein will be as high as possible - raw meat and egg whites.No powders ,diary products ,etc.I'll be using Isolate amino acids instead of protein powders.Bcaa also probably.

Abs/calves/glutes - low carb
Back,rear delt,traps - low carb
Chest,shoulders - low carb
Abs/calves/glutes - low carb
Arms - high carb
Thighs - high carb
Stats:
Age: 22
Height:180 cm
Weight: 84kg
Bf %: ~11%
Barbell bench:None
Dead lift: 190kg - natural bulk
Squats: 150kg -5 reps till my ass hits the ground
Questions:Is propionate the best ester for my goal.Will fina at 1mg will be sufficient.Are 12 weeks ok in terms of no hair issues!
