Low dose test cycle log !

Ok i've decided to go on low dose test prop 150mg/week for 12 weeks.The purpouse of the cycle is to get to the leanest state of my life for an upcommig shot!Biggest concern is hair loss so 1 week out(starting from today) i've started 1mg fina and will use it through out the whole cycle and PCT.
So here it is:

Gear:150mg test prop weekly in 3 shots of 50mg.
Clen - 2on2off(if i can get ephedrine i will use it rather than clen)
t3 - probably starting from week 5 to 10 -50/75mcg

Hair loss prevention stack:
Fina - 1mg/ed
Nizoral 2% -6 days a week
Revivogen losion - ED before bed

Diet:4 days low carb ,high protein and 2 days high carb/typical bulking day with lower rotein intake.I'll start with 175g carbs on the low days and probably keep this till the end ,just slightly increase cardio.Protein will be as high as possible - raw meat and egg whites.No powders ,diary products ,etc.I'll be using Isolate amino acids instead of protein powders.Bcaa also probably.

Training:
Abs/calves/glutes - low carb
Back,rear delt,traps - low carb
Chest,shoulders - low carb
Abs/calves/glutes - low carb
Arms - high carb
Thighs - high carb

Stats:
Age: 22
Height:180 cm
Weight: 84kg
Bf %: ~11%
Barbell bench:None
Dead lift: 190kg - natural bulk
Squats: 150kg -5 reps till my ass hits the ground

Questions:Is propionate the best ester for my goal.Will fina at 1mg will be sufficient.Are 12 weeks ok in terms of no hair issues!

Subcutaneous water is minimzed with the use of Prop. For your goals I think it is the best choice and I doubt any hairloss will be an issue at that dosage. The addition of finasteride makes me 99.99% positive hairloss due to DHT will not be an issue.
 
I personally don't feel Prop gives you any less bloat IF you keep your blood serum levels in check. If you're doing just Prop, 3 days a week may not give you that. Hence sides like water retention, etc. I would do like 50mg EOD if it were me. Or if you're worried about that, hell, do 25mg EOD.

I like MWF shots of SE gear, but I'm usually doing long ester stuff for an overlap. Remember, most of the time, water retention comes from lack of enough H2O and a poor diet.

25mg eod sound good.If i can get pharma grade prop i'll shot it 25eod.The ugl i've got is 150mg/ml.Diet will be in check ,thats for sure.I drink lots of water even when bulking .Been thinking of dissolving aspartame based powders in water if carb craving occure.WIll this cause any significant bloat?

When i prep i use sugar free Jello for cravings. Listen, its only 12 weeks. Suck it up. lol

btw, you do realize you helped illicit some serious debate over a Deca only cycle and then your ass decides on low dose test. way to go!! hahaha

Yes, but it's became very informative tread anyway.I still believe that deca only cycle isn't that bad overall but what makes me choose low dose test is the possible shitty mood and lowered motivation on deca.
Another question pops up immediately here:Are 12 weeks enough time to get realy shredded.I'm in the middle(not very fast metabolism but certainly not a slow one).

sure. depends on your diet and where you are now and what you are trying to achieve. But I would say yes if you're not overly fat.

My diet is in my first post, what do you think about it?I'm lean atm but have a problem areas.I mean i have a clearly visible abs but lower back ,glutes and thighs have alot fat.Also calves which is strange.I'm trying to get as lean as possible ,stage condition of possible and i'm ready to go for it no matter how hard it can be !
