Please note that this isn’t information I have gathered from reading but I have obtained this information from a real life experience with high doses of M1T over a period of 12 weeks.
Introduction
Many of you know that I completed a 12 week cycle of high dose M1T from reading my cycle log. Because of my schedule I wasn’t able to keep detailed records in my log and that has spawned this thread. Here I will give the information on cycles with High Dose M1T that I learned during my 12 weeks so this will probably be a long read. So let’s get started already !!!
Cycle History
On July 31st, I started my progressive 12 week cycle of M1T. Basically what I was doing was, stepping up my dosage each week until I reached 50mg each day. Example: Wk 1 @ 10mg ED, Wk 2 @ 20mg ED. This continued until Wk 5 @ 50mg. I finished out Wks 5-12 @ 50mg ED. I planned my cycle this way to try and reduce any negative side effects that I had previously read about. My beginning numbers were as follows:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 220lbs
Max Bench: 230lbs x 2
Max Deadlift: 385lbs x 2
Max Squat: 315lbs x 2
Weeks 1-3 showed minimal results with absolutely no side effects. Strength only increases slightly and I gained approximately 19lbs of weight. I estimate that roughly 15lbs was water weight. Weeks 4-6 is where my strength started to increase greatly. All of my weekly work sets were going up and I had gained around 5 more lbs. This time I noticed it was all muscle mass. My chest was bigger, back was wider and my legs were growing also. As for side effects, they were very minimal, really the only thing I noticed was that it took me longer than normal to get it up but it still worked !!! Weeks 7-9 were just awesome. This is where my strength increased the most. I started to add 10-20lbs a week on each work set. My weight stayed around the same this during this period but I noticed quit a bit of the water weight went away and muscle mass was taking its place. The side effects were the same as previous weeks with only a tolerable headache once a week or so. Weeks 10-12 showed more gains in strength and good gains in size the last 3 weeks. My arms, chest and legs all increased in size as I had put on a lot of muscle mass. By this time the headaches had subsided but it was still a little hard to get it up. My ending numbers were:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 248lbs
Max Bench: 315lbs x 2
Max Deadlift: 525lbs x 2
Max Squat: 435lbs x 2
My bench and deadlift numbers were incredible increases for a 12 week time period especially my deadlift because I injured my back and skipped out on 3 weeks doing deads. As you can tell I had great success with this but their were a few resulting consequences, none of which could not be fixed.
Post Cycle
As a result of not taking any liver protectants during this cycle, around Week 11, I was developing slight Jaundice from liver toxicity. The whites of my eyes were beginning to turn yellow but no physical problems were noticed to speak of. Also from my body’s decreased production of testosterone, my libido was not functioning normally. Although I could still get it up, it was slow and tedious process to get it there. So I began my post cycle therapy. I had this set up for a 4 week post cycle therapy (pct) with 6-Oxo and Milk Thistle. Week 1 was 300mg of 6-Oxo along with 1000mg of Milk Thistle for the Jaundice. Week 2-3, I decreased the 6-Oxo dosage to 200mg with the Milk Thistle staying at 1000mg. By this time I noticed that my eyes were getting whiter and my libido was starting to work properly again. Week 4 dosages were 100mg of 6-Oxo and 1000mg of Milk Thistle. By the end of this week, my eyes were back to their normal color and my libido had no more delays/problems. This short post cycle therapy (pct) seemed to do very well for as everything is back to normal now and working properly.
Recommendations
Would I do this again? Yes, and I definitely will. After this experience I learned some valuable things for myself and for anyone else. If you plan to do this, I recommend that 1000mg of Milk Thistle be taken daily during your cycle to prevent the Jaundice. Although I had no problems with gyno, I suggest a daily B6 supplement just in case some people do have problems with it. Also, even though the 6-Oxo dosages seemed to be sufficient during the 4 week post cycle therapy (pct), I suggest that it be done for a longer period of time, possibly 6 weeks at 300mg for 2 weeks, 200mg for 2 weeks and finally 100mg for 2 weeks all while continuing the Milk Thistle. After finishing my post cycle therapy (pct) my numbers dropped slightly but it was still a great cycle and plan to do it again very soon !!!!! My post cycle therapy (pct) numbers are:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 238lbs
Max Bench: 305lbs x 2
Max Deadlift: 505lbs x 2
Max Squat: 425lbs x 2
