to set the record straight, the squat was 815 but more of a negative set since i did get two spotters to help. as for the bench it was a 2 rep max on a regular flat bench, not smith machine. i have been playing sports all my life and my legs are naturally strong so its not hard for people who know to believe. as for bench i do have a bad shoulder from when i broke it a few years back. my weight is up to 215 and when i said i hadnt been training right, i meant not as hard as i should and for eating i was eating junk every other day or so. so i hope that clears everything up, if not get back at me. also for the guy who said i was trying to show off numbers, i was just posting mine and asking for everyone elses in return, no need to show off (it was on smith machine and bench was a 2 rep max of 315) you call that showing off? i dont have much mass just strength, so get at me
