max for squat and bench

I've been using test for about 5 weeks now and I havent been eating or training like i should the first 4 weeks (a waste of mney i know) but recently i have stepped it up alot. Well a buddy and I decided to squat (smith machine) and bench press and find our max. I maxed 815 on squat and 315 on bench (kinda weak.) Im just guessing where everyone else is?
 
Something is strange in Tinseltown if you are squatting any kind of 815 and benching only 3 plates. This kind of implies that you are a small guy who is on the verge of becoming a world known figure in squatting.

and wouldn't his bench be 6 plates?? not 3. lol
 
The smith may even remove weight, but not much. For anyone to even put that much weight on their backs I'd expect about a 6 plate bench, yep. :)

I suppose Ronnie Coleman could, in theory, have a brother who was in a motorcycle accident that only caused upper body injury.
 
wtf? do your max's in a rack and on a regular bench. then we will see if you get the same numbers and squatting 815 and benching only 315? thats not right, thats bullshit. if its not parallel it does not count, and one more thing, its pretty easy to throw up numbers like nothing so if your really intent on trying to 'show off' or lack thereof then post up some fuckin pics.

I call :bsflag: all the way. Recently? WOW. So you stepped it up for one week. NO fucking way did you squat 815 and only bench 315. Not unless ayour whole life you worked eerything except bench and who the fuck would do that?
 
if 225 is your warmup, then 315 must be easy for you.

he either
1. added his squat #'s up wrong.
or
2. didn't go that deep.
or
3. maybe he is anomaly
 
to set the record straight, the squat was 815 but more of a negative set since i did get two spotters to help. as for the bench it was a 2 rep max on a regular flat bench, not smith machine. i have been playing sports all my life and my legs are naturally strong so its not hard for people who know to believe. as for bench i do have a bad shoulder from when i broke it a few years back. my weight is up to 215 and when i said i hadnt been training right, i meant not as hard as i should and for eating i was eating junk every other day or so. so i hope that clears everything up, if not get back at me. also for the guy who said i was trying to show off numbers, i was just posting mine and asking for everyone elses in return, no need to show off (it was on smith machine and bench was a 2 rep max of 315) you call that showing off? i dont have much mass just strength, so get at me

how low did you take that 815 in the smith mach rack with 2 spotter's? did you wear a suit, kee wrapps and a belt?? and what is a negative squat???
is that were the two guys help you lower the wt and you push it up with there asst?? if so thats not a max.

also how do you max of a flat bench and smith mach at the same time? also a 2 rm max is not a max its a 2rm a max is a 1rm.

You show me some tape of you squating 815 and I'l show you a tape of me fucking a unicorn and then riding it into outer space! :startrek:
 
YOu show me a tape of you in a power rack, squating 815 with no suit and no wraps to parralell and i'll sign over the title of my 69 bigblock dart which I do actually own as I've shown picks per montess's request.
 
The only reason you would need a spot on a smith machine is if you're going ass to floor and there is no way you are doing that much weight ass to floor.
