:D It's funny because I bet he'll still go on eating what he wants. Just don't cry when you don't like what you see. I think Im gonna add whole milk to my diet. Sounds pretty good. I used to be afraid of the sugar but it's no big deal.
 
Stick to lots of eggs, meat, and milk if you are trying to bulk up. High in protein and somewhat high in fat, this is the key to a bulking diet.
 
found a few more high calories meals:

Chicken selects premium breast strips (10pc)(mcDonalds) 1,250 calories

delux breakfast(mcDonalds) 1,190 calories

classic triple cheeseburger (Wendy's) 1,030 calories

peanut butter cup ice cream (16ounces) (ben&Jerry's) 1,520 calories
 
iF YOUR GONNA BULK THEN WHY NOT ADD MEALS LIKE THIS TO THE MIX, WHOLE FOOD MEALS THAT IS AND EASY TO POUND DOWN.

Examples:
Big Plate of pasta with a good thick meat sauce

Make a big ass pot of chili with either ground beef. turkey, chicken or all of the above and mix it up with some rice(whatever kind floats your boat) and top with sour cream or chedder

Mix up a can of tuna or salmon or make an egg salad with real mayo and/or mustard and make some big ass sanwiches(use like bagels, keiser rolls, whole wheat sub breads)

Make a big pot of rice(whatever kind), throw in a cup of olive oil, mix in some chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc, throw in some beef chicken or whatever meat floats your boat but like 1-2 lbs, throw in a can of kidney beans, a jar of salsa.

if time is a factor stop at the grocery store, buy a whole cooked chicken from the deli section, get some fucking buns and some ketchup and dig in.

make your own weighgainers with some of the suggestions like the guys made above using whole milk as an example ie

4 cups milk
3 scoops of whey
some whole eggs
couple scoops frozen yogurt
couple tablesppons udos, flax or whatever efa flaots your boat
couple frozen bananas

blend and split up over a couple meals

Fuck trying to bulk up is easy compared to trying to prep food while maintaining or cutting, sure if you wanna hit the local fast food here and there during a day nobody is going to stop you but for fucks sake there is no excuse for being able to make big batches of good old fashion bulk meals that can be reheated later on.

damn right! I hear you partner, but you know what that takes way to much time of mine, trying to make all that . Its also hard to calculate $ cash on all of it. Its goes like this for me: I eat bacon and eggs morning, lots. At 2pm i go to McDonalds-meal big , and tasty(1,700calories), At 6pm anything tasty at home like spagetti with Prego and cheese(a lot) , At 9 I go either Wendy's or Burger King both 2 blocks away(lucky me) - meal has(2,000cal). So thats how it is.
For me food has to be very and i point very tasty, especially at the house. Also with lots of fats, dont care about protein realy, all my carbs are usualy from Large Strawberry Shakes (McDonalds got very reach in tasty shakes in my opinion). To cut it short I am seeing progress already. No I'm not getting on scale , I'll do that in December(its going to be exiting).......

actually kreieg the food combos I suggested are easy to prep as you can make huge batches of them and freeze/ refridgerate until ready to eat plus they are in fact cheaper then your sojourns into the daily diet of Michael Moore.

As far as prep goes well you better learn to prep somewhat as one day you will want to cut up and well you have to cook
 
those fucken McDonalds shakes are the shit!! Those babies are packed with 1,000 calories per 32oz a cup. I can go for 3 of them each day after each meal . so tasty it will slap your eye brows!

P.S: I know i sound rediciulous with all this fat junk food, but to tell you the truth I tried all kinds of diet for 10 years, did they work for me probably yes, did i made a lot of gains not realy. with this diet I'm definately making gains. I think of this like an offseason, like one of those football players are on. If you take a look at them(I mean big tackle ones 300lb) they got 50% fat 50% muscle. And if they want to burn that fat they can do it easily if they want too. So for me this is just an Offseason, sort of going through dirt for a while . I'll cut down in late next year, its easy.

The diets didn't work for you because you were lazy, made excuses, and didn't eat enough.
 
your're right it was hard consuming 5,000 calories with clean food, also untasty food. It was so hard digesting all of it that i even missed workouts sometimes. Just couldn't work out blouted , felt like a bomb waiting to explode. But i did pulled through for nearly 10 years. When i look back its amazing so much time went into waist. I did pack on some muscle and physic did improve, just not the way i immagined. So now its totally different aproach, smarter , easier, tasty, digestive(damn I'm hungry for a shake) . Glad i found a way for my self, for some this might not work I agree, but i'm willing to give this a try, just got to take my time.
 
Just out of curiousity krieg what was a typical days eating back before you decided to go on the Farenheit 911 diet.

training have changed drastically though. Before did way to many isolating(useless) movements. Compounds are the one I'm shooting for right now, taking 75 hours of rest between workouts, and i'm fucken growing allready, will get on scale in December.

This should be something since you're going from a hardcore, well trained and dieted athlete (which you claim) to a complete lard ass.

So you ate a bad diet and did bad workouts and figured the only way to get big is to eat junk food???
 
no cant give any pics, sorry, kind of lazy taking pictures. To tell you the truth i'm realy feeling good about trying this diet. Its something new and which tastes great. Sometimes i feel little too full , but thats just gas i think.
