P.S: I know i sound rediciulous with all this fat junk food, but to tell you the truth I tried all kinds of diet for 10 years, did they work for me probably yes, did i made a lot of gains not realy. with this diet I'm definately making gains. I think of this like an offseason, like one of those football players are on. If you take a look at them(I mean big tackle ones 300lb) they got 50% fat 50% muscle. And if they want to burn that fat they can do it easily if they want too. So for me this is just an Offseason, sort of going through dirt for a while . I'll cut down in late next year, its easy.

training have changed drastically though. Before did way to many isolating(useless) movements. Compounds are the one I'm shooting for right now, taking 75 hours of rest between workouts, and i'm fucken growing allready, will get on scale in December.
